I was charged 30.99 for an app…
If I could give this zero stars I would. I was charged 30.99 for an app subscription I didn’t know I had signed up for. I thought I was buying a book. I immediately contacted the company and they refused to reimburse me for an app I never downloaded, never looked at, and didn’t know I had signed up for. This is a disgusting and sneaky way to get money from people. ALSO THIS IS NOT CLEARLY OUTLINED!! You could not even provide an invoice or screenshot or any evidence of it being clearly outlined. There was also no email telling me what I had supposedly signed up for and no email reminder about an upcoming charge. This company does this on purpose and hopes you won’t notice!!!
