System works very well. Installer was upfront and very easy to work with. The installation went very well and the installer was very clear in explaining how it worked and it works as he said. All in all it was a good experience.

Staff were very responsive and communicated effectively. Installation was done professionally and correctly. The product works as advertised.

Just had a Ravelco installed (2025). Installer was in a rush to take his wife/gf somewhere, whom he brought with him to work. I specifically asked installer to center plug which was agreed upon. Installer didn't center plug, which looks off. Installer lied about the situation when confronted. Installer was asked to remove panel and prove his claims, which were a lie.

Ravelco owner provided small discount after complaining. However, installer initially wanted to abruptly remove harness and leave site with a hole in my car per Ravelco owner directive (good cop/bad cop game?). Installer then scratched inside of engine compartment in an "alleged" retaliatory action. No engine compartment protector was used except for an old dirty wool sweater. Installer commented that Ravelco apparently doesn't supply installers with proper tools.

In fact, the installer actually waited for me to inspect engine compartment before closing it and said, "what do you think?". I said nothing to avoid another arguement.

Although Ravelco may be a superior product to other anti-theft devices, the company appears to be held hostage to installers who simply don't care. And this problem isn't specific to Ravelco. It's a nation-wide issue that has spread like a virus due to how modern-day corporations treat their employees. There's very little to no loyalty and pride in work. It's just a job due to low wages.

So, what can be learned from this experience? Watch your installer as a parent would a child. Children need direction, advice, positive reinforcement and redirection when necessary. Ask questions and set the tone for a good install experience.

Would I purchase one again? Yes...but I'll request for a different installer. The problem isn't the product. It's how it's installed.

Last year my car was stolen so when I bought a new one, I knew I wanted to protect it. I found out about Ravelco and got it installed on my new car. This morning, someone tried to steal my new car by using a fob cloner. My car unlocked but they couldn't get it to start. I happened to be walking out right during the attempted theft. I am so grateful I got this device installed on my car so I didn't have to go through the pain and heartache of another stolen vehicle. Installation was quick, easy, and professional. The installer placed it right where I asked and it's not very noticeable. The challenge is that lining it up to plug in the device can be tricky. Some days, I do it quickly, while other days I struggle for several seconds. I wish there was more than one way to line up the plug that made it quicker to plug and go. I also wish it came in other colors or there was a way to decorate the plug. But those things aside, I am grateful the device did what it was supposed to do and saved my car from being stolen. I highly recommend getting one of these!

Quick installation, easy to use setup, provides a peace of mind that your car will be there when you get back. Would recommend to anyone who wants to protect their vehicle from theft.

This extraordinary company made me feel very secure. I have zero concern about parking my car, anywhere, if I remove the Ravelco clip and leave my radio one no concern at all about my car not being exactly where I left it. Thank you Ravelco what a dream of an installation process, too.

Installation in Phoenix was fast and it works like a charm. I wish I had known about this company years ago. I like really like the ease of use. Only downside is losing remote start capability but it’s a small price to pay vs losing a $90k truck.

This was my first experience with Ravelco, and it was fantastic! Sam was incredibly helpful and communicative while coordinating a technician visit. When the technician arrived, he clearly and thoroughly explained the entire process. Once the installation was complete, he took the time to show me how the plug works and answered all my questions. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was outstanding and extremely helpful!

The installation was performed on time and as requested. No problems.

The tech showed up a few minutes before the window which was awesome. He installed within one hour and was on his way. Installation was quick and discrete. He shared that all his vehicles also have a Ravelco. Now I can sleep at night without waking up at every footstep sound outside. I have already referred others to use this system so they can have the peace of mind that I have now. Thank you Ravelco team!

Installer was very professional and owner very honest

I feel now at ease with my new Ravelco installed in my 2004 F350. My truck has been broke into twice, stolen and more recently the front bumper stolen. I lived in fear that one day my truck would be stolen again until someone mentioned the name Ravelco to me. I scoured the website and watched the videos. Yep this is what I was looking for all along. The company called me within minutes of payment to set an appointment as soon as that day and/or week. The installer was on time, professional and explained more details about the wiring and how the Ravelco works.
Living in the Bay Area, CA is close to Oakland and has a high "car theft"/crime rate.
I am so happy with this anti-theft I am having my 2014 F350 installed with a Ravelco this week. My truck was a target to theft some months someone stole my Platinum tailgate. Glad it was only the tailgate and not the entire truck. My trucks are of great value to me in many ways including hauling my horse trailer. I will have peace of mind knowing my super duties wont be taken from me.

The technician arrived on-time and completed the install quickly. Completely within the time window of my appointment. The system works as intended. Awesome!
