Excellent service and quality product.
I ordered a recycled picnic bench with backing support and was told the item would take 4-6 weeks to manufacture. After a week the wonderful news broke that it was already ready for delivery. Outstanding customer service
We recently purchased an outdoor bench from the Winawood collection from NBB Outdoors.
Unfortunately we had some delivery issues caused by the courier.
However, I have to say the customer service from the company was excellent throughout. Sharon in particular was fantastic ! Very helpful, friendly and quick to sort everything out for us. Once the issue was identified, the company (especially Sharon) did everything they could to resolve it.
Very refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely helps when things go wrong.
We will most definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!

The item came flat packed - I must have missed the correspondence as we assumed it would be assembled.

I ordered and paid for the goods to be delivered to my home address on Friday 15th August . It wast delivered. I had to go to the distribution depot in Birmingham to collect the shelter myself. Very disappointed with the service

The productis very good and the customer service is also very good and helpful. Unfortunately the delivery firm used were poor and delayed delivering the product by four days.

A Perfect Birthday Bench
The bench itself is of very good quality. We easily put it together and have spent many a happy hour sipping our coffee whilst seated
All the staff I spoke to were polite knowledgeable, helpful and overall very pleasant.

Generally very good
Good price, lovely product and fast delivery. If I was being picky, the tracking app told us it would be delivered on a Thursday, despite being told there would be a phonecall first. The call came on the Thursday, and we scheduled in the delivery for the Monday, as I'd cancelled things on the Thursday just in case. One more thing from a practical point of view, The option to have a delivery to the point of installation would be great for heavier products, even if it costs more, as 75kg to kerbsideis a challenge for most people.
