I feel like the oz./size of soaps could be adjusted. I'm a USA customer that fell in love when traveling w/ the quality of product and transparency in ingredients... please give us idiot usa citizens reminders that our idiot in charge has things set so that DHS will hit us w/ duty fees when soap makes it through port?

I discovered Fireside body lotion whilst staying at a hotel and fell in love with it. Sooo nourishing and a gorgeous perfume. Have bought 2 more and given one to a close friend. Thank you, I will continue to buy it.

Ordered gift sets and the packaging was beautiful. Also saved a little bit and free delivery. The box is nicely embossed saying British ingredients (or something like that) so good as feel supporting local companies

I ordered whisky & water hand wash and cream. It arrived on time but unfortunately the hand cream was shattered. I sent off an email to customer services and received a prompt reply from Liz who sorted everything and got a replacement in the post.
