We bought a children's sleepstation which arrived in excellent condition and only took a few days to arrive. Would recommend using the website

I ordered a bed for my lad, it took 5 days to come however when it arrived it was missing screws and instructions...No biggy, I emailed them to see if they could help...I add that I emailed them out of hours (late evening) but I received a personal reply within 15mins, advising of them being dispatched the day after by courier...Bravo!!!

On checking the Furniture more closely, the boxes had seen much better days but the bed itself was IMMACULATE....I would like to recommend this company but my fear is that there will be fewer bargains for me to grab if this company becomes well known.....

A bit disappointed as the midi bed arrived with no screws at all so had to spend an extra £60 to buy replacements. I knew these items were damaged returns and there would be a chance the bed could have small damage or dents but wasn’t expecting no screw at all, if I knew this would be the case and I would have to spend as much on screws I wouldn’t have bought the bed

Editing to 4 stars as I was sent out the missing parts pretty quickly and I am happy with the service recieved, they were quick to rectify the mistake.

Advertised as dining table, 4 chairs and a bench but recieved 5 chairs and no bench. I was also missing the bolts to secure the table legs to the table so currently have a table on the floor with no legs attached. Items slightly damaged as expected which isn't a problem but I at least expect to get what is advertised and all the correct pieces to build it. Wouldn't use this service again.

I was very wary when ordering - I hadn’t heard of this website before and not many reviews but I risked it anyway and I’m so glad I did! Very happy with the bed I ordered. It has minor imperfections in places but nothing major at all - not even noticeable to those who aren’t looking for them! A great bed for a fraction of the price it’s still online with another company for! I love it. Will be a returning customer.

The products were great, even though they were in the warehouse shop due to minor damages, we could only see a few scuffs or missed paint. Our son loves his new bed!
When we were having difficulty with a delivery, I was able to speak directly with a member of staff whom put a plan of action in place should we not receive our item by a certain date. They were very helpful (thank you Ryan!)

Ordered a sideboard, is very happy with the quality. It came with some parts missing, but the team was extremely helpful and prompt with sending them.

Our items were dispatched quickly. On noticing some parts had been missed Nn warehouse were quick to rectify without me even having to contact them. Once the correct bed arrived it was put together beautifully with one small imperfection. Other than this my child absolutely loves his bed and is finally spending more time in his own room. It is sturdy and good quality wood. Ryan at customer service is brilliant and was so quick to reply to me about the damage to one of the parts he corrected the issue quickly and was very supportive offering a refund on the delivery service!! I would use Nn furniture again and it will now be my go to! Thank you guys.

Wow this is now our favourite online shop for furniture. We were worried at first, is this too good to be true, is it a scam. But all is great, not a scam. We received our bed in around 5 days since ordering. All came in original packaging- a few tiny marks here & there on the bed frame hardly noticeable, I’m sure my little girl will make more in the first day! The red stamping of numbers at the end of each piece (on the parts that join together so not seen once built) were hard to read but with the instruction leaflet we managed it fine. Highly recommend this website. Just don’t tell everyone about it! Shhhhh.

The whole process of buying on this website has been amazing. The prices are so good that we thought it wasn't a legit website. So I came on here to see, there weren't any reviews which did worry me. So I bought a midsleeper anyway to see but it arrived and I was so glad I did! My daughter is so happy. They say the box may be broken and some scuffs or damage but it was so minor you wouldn't even tell it was fantastic. So I bought more items. Yes I did get one item sent that I didn't order but they soon sent the right one out plus they sent the whole collection of my son's tent set to go with the bed too free of charge.
