I placed an order 10 days ago. It said, shipment within 2-3 days. 4 days after that, they charged me with the amount for the order. Since then, nothing happened, no shipment notification, nothing. Today I asked when I might expect the shipment, and they told me the item was out of stock. No refund was being made, nor did I receive any notification of any kind. Very shady business conduct.

Simply avoid this brand. Altough their products can fool you with excellent fit, look and feel when new, quality is for the most exceptionally poor, especially considering the price. I have had seams ripping, fast fading colors and rapidly worn out fabrics in about half the products i have bought. To add insult to injury, there was simply no response from their customer service when buying from their official store.

This is fast fashion, wear and throw quality at premium prices. Your money is better spent elsewhere. 140 EUR pants that fall apart after six months is equally bad for your wallet and the envireoment . Avoid.

Like many others I have very poor experience with NN07 – which is a shame as the stuff looks ace and the ethos and marketing really resonates (one thing they got right, at least).

A waterproof jacket, SHAWN, bought in the autumn of 2018 has virtually all seams around the shoulders cracking, and it's not just the tape coming undone (the tape seems glued on properly, there's no give at all) but the seams and the tape cracking in the middle. A £350 jacket that's lasted less than two seasons, is simply shameful.

Two pairs of chinos, made from a twill from this allegedly super posh Italian mill (can't be bothered checking, there's a label), one pair developed vertical tears on the bum, on both sides, after less than five wears, the other pair, used intermittently for a year now, is disintegrating in the seams. €129 per pair. I mean, come on. A £20 pair from just about any low-end high street shop would take years and years to wear out.

The CS is equally shocking, and only replaced one pair of chinos after I had repeatedly posted critical posts on social media. Took a lot of effort and time to get them replaced.

Reading the previous reviews, I understand I'm not alone in my experiene with the brand. I for one will not give them another € ever again, and recommend others to steer well clear.

J'ai eu un souci sur un vêtement acheté sur leur site, après échange le souci est réapparu, je pense qu'il s'agissait d'un souci général sur le modèle.
Malgré tout j'aime bien cette marque et leurs vêtements. J'ai passé plusieurs commandes qui se sont toutes bien passées, l'emballage est très bien et la qualité plutôt bonne. La taille que je prends me correspond parfaitement que ce soit dans les chemises Tee-Shirts ou blousons.

Købte en jakke- som var super fed, men heller ikke helt billig. Efter 11 måneder sendte jeg den til rensning- efter vaskeanvisningen. Jakken kom tilbage med løse lynlåse og en del afblegninger. Renseriejeren havde aldrig set noget lignede og tilbød at tale med producenten, så vi kunne få opklaret hvad der var galt. Sendte derfor den besked og jakken til NN07, der svarede det kendte de ikke noget til og kunne i øvrigt ikke hjælpe. "Gå ind i butikken, hvor du har købt den og tal med dem". Butikken ligger i Jylland og jeg bor i København og desuden ryger jakken så igen tilbage til NN07 i København.
Fedt tøj, men desværre en svært utilfredsstillende oplevelse.

Jeg købte tre dyre bukser til 999,- stykket sidste sommer. Efter blot få måneder revnede de første to og efter ca. 6 måneder revnede det tredje par. Jeg har sidenhen kontaktet. De beder mig om at kontakte den butik jeg har købt dem i, hvorefter jeg skrev at jeg har købt dem i deres ONLINE-shop. Jeg har da ikke hørt fra dem siden. De er simpelthent bare ikke til at regne med.

Jeg købte et par flotte blå fløjsbukser, i den dårligste kvalitet jeg længe har set. Jeg har købt lignende bukser i genbrug, som er i flottere stand end mine kun 2 måneder gamle bukser. 1.200 kr. for et par bukser der højest kommer til at holde et halvt år.
Jeg er meget skuffet over den overordnede kvalitet af NN07's tøj og markedsføring. Der er simpelthen ikke iorden, når man brander sig selv højt på både stil og kvalitet, at kvaliteten er så lav, og slet ikke følger både de lækre designs eller den dyre pris.

Poor service and goods are not made to last. Look elsewhere if you want to invest in pieces that will last.

Jeg måtte pga. størrelsen desværre returnere et par ellers lækre chinos købt online.
Gratis returnering og pengene tilbage allerede dagen efter!
Super kundeservice.

Jeg var inde og købe en jakke, jeg havde dog et problem med den, men personalet var rigtig serviceminded og jeg fik hurtigt løst mit problem.
Både mærket og personalet kan varmt anbefales.

De har rigtig meget lækkert tøj som jeg helt sikkert skal have mere af!

I had a problem with an item I purchased and so I decided to contact their customer service team to explain my situation. I got in contact with Mette, one of the customer service representatives at NN07. She was exceptional in dealing with my problem and was very helpful. I don't think I have ever experienced such level of customer service than I did with her. Sometimes I wish we had more people like her working in the UK. I will most defiantly be ordering again as I'm in love with some of the stuff they have in stock.

Very helpful staff at the NN07 site. I have to say outstanding customer care, had a problem with a pair of jeans and they managed to send me a pair of new ones. Their jeans are great and the jeans quality is fantastic, I've got 5 pairs... Five stars and two thumbs up!
