I ordered a 4 days ago and got my order confirmation right away and waited 4 days for my tracking info until I decided enough was enough and called the number provided on the website. talked to a representative and turns out something happen and they are having a hard time sending out the tracking info but she manually sent me my tracking info via email. still haven't received my package but I am now more excited than ever to receive this watch that caused me all this trouble.... based on other reviews and my personal experience, if you do not receive your tracking info simply give them a call
I'm only writing this as a U.K customer dealing with Nixon Europe.
However my experience and comments are the same as what others have left about this company. The first thing I would say is if you are from the U.K and are thinking of buying a Nixon product from them DON'T!!!
They have the worst customer service ever!!! In-fact the worst I have ver had to deal with in a very long time. They don't reply to emails quickly, they have no U.K phone number only a French phone number that when I called never worked. And when you do eventually get a reply on email that have absolutely zero skills or even common sense on how to speak to a customer and deal with them in a professional standard. How this family business is still going is beyond me!
The return produced is ridiculous, I was told one this from somebody in customer service and was sent a link for further details on how to return an item and the time it takes and what the link told me was completely different from what the person told me via email. They don't even know they're job!
Nixon have great products, I order a watch but due to the poor service from Nixon I sent it back. The poor service and lack of half decent customer support ruins the image of the product and 100% lets this business down.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM, DON'T EVEN LOOK AT THE WEBSITE. TRUST THESE REVIEWS IT WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY.
Customer support is useless, and (as cheap as this may sound) the fact that I cannot replace the battery myself makes this watch worthless to me. 6 months since my $200 something CAD watch has worked and I still haven't had a chance to pay to send it in for service.
I bought one of their nixon 'the mission' watches, which aren't cheap, before spending the next 2 years sending it back and forth to them because of charging issues i.e. it wouldn't. Once it had run out of warranty (but barely spent a matter of months of my wrist) their repair people offered to change the back of the watch (with charging point) for 30 quid, but refused to warranty the repair beyond a few weeks because the metal back of the watch was considered a consumable item! They ended up sending me 3 different chargers in the end, none of which worked, and when the last one nearly burned my house down (really!) I gave up. Needless to say I'd avoid buying these watches!

Terrible customer experience. Ordered a watch from Canada and made sure to check returns policy ahead of time. Their returns policy page is so ambiguous; nowhere does it says free returns nor does it say it's the buyer's responsibility to cover costs. All you see are the conditions for the return and a big button that says "Start a return." Obviously if you haven't bought anything yet you wouldn't click on the button. But it makes the customer assume returns are easy and free. The item itself arrived rather quickly but the watch looked used. Once I wanted to initiate the return, I was told return costs come out of your pocket. The "Start a Return" button only generates a "self-shipping" label, meaning the return is authorized. Not sure why it's called that if it doesn't include postage! In the end they sent me a prepaid FedEx label but I had to argue with 2 customer service agents. Very misleading as the other countries Nixon ships to have free returns.

The watch looks good, but I had to get it repaired a first time after 6 mths and another time 3 mths after that.

Die Uhren sind Qualitativ absolut minderwertig. Das Gehäuse ist extrem kratzer- und mackenempfänglich.
Das Armband hat rasch einen Stift verloren. Sämtliche Uhrmacher in der Stadt konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen, da die Größe des Stiftes nixonspezifisch ist.
Der Kundenservice reagiert, wenn überhaupt mit erheblichem Verzug. Meine Anfrage habe ich auf deutsch gestellt. Englisch war die Sprache der ersten Antwort und mit Spanisch ging es dann weiter. Das versprochene Päckchen kam nie an. Auf Rückfragen erhalte ich keine Reaktion.
Heißer Tipp, kauft Euch nicht diesen billigen Schrott.
Placed my order 6/30, waited two weeks then ordered from another company since it was a gift for my grandson. Told they were closed for a month which is why I did not receive the watch. Received the watch the end ofJuly which I returned. Today is 8/29 and I've still not received my refund!

Placed order two weeks ago and no shipping update. Emailed customer service 5 times with not one reply. Phone number does not work, you cannot phone them at all. Absolutely painful.
I purchased a watch for my sisters birthday in May 2020, the watch arrived with a broken clasp and she has been unable to wear to it. We contacted Nixon and asked for a replacement clasp but was told that they wouldn't send a replacement and she would need to return watch. This was easier said than done in the midst of a lockdown and further complicated by their antiquated returns process that requires you to print your own returns form, problematic if you don't have access to a printer.
The UK customer service number is disconnected and the only other number is international. The 'customer service agents' we have been dealing with over email are about as useful as the broken clasp on my sisters watch.
Save your money or shop somewhere else. You'd be better off strapping a sundial to your wrist than purchasing anything from Nixon.

Neue Uhr Nixon Regulus (1 Woche alt) fehlt Schraube am Armband. Schlechtes Qualitätsmanagement. Kundenservice sehr sehr schlecht gibt keine Garantie, da auf Amazon von Fachhändler gekauft wurde. Nach dem alle Belege vorgelegt worden sind wird garnicht mehr geantwortet. Finger weg von diesem billig Hersteller. Überteuerte Uhren in mangelhafter Qualität. Danke Amazon für Eure A-Z Garantie leider wird die Uhr nicht nachhaltig repariert nur noch weggeschmissen. Nixion ist nicht zu empfehlen.
I obtained a quote for a new strap for my 51-30 Tide in early May. I dispatched the watch 15th May and received my (postal receipt) 18th May. I did not receive from Nixon the promised e mail confirming receipt. When I chased I got a quote at the end May and paid the same day. It is now 16th June and whilst I've received receipt for funds paid there is no sign of the return of my watch...I've emailed to ask where it is and no response. The saga continues but clearly its not a great repair service...
OMG why did I not read these reviews about Nixon watches before I bought one. I just received it and I wanted to return it as it of not very good quality. And of course they say I can't return it because of the stay at home order in California. What how did they manage to get it to me? Don't buy one in case you have to return it you can't.
Update: Nixon called me today and said they will let me return the watch afterall - and if I had clicked on the return page I would have seen that they were not taking returns. My comment was - who does that? So the policy is not on the front page of the website says Nixon but it is somewhere among their web pages if you can find it.
