I have a Sentry Chrono, unfortunately, the battery lasts less than a year. I sent it over to Nixon as they offer battery replacement and reseal service, so the watch stays waterproof. Almost two months later I don't hear anything from them. I emailed, no answer. So I called, and they returned my watch, without changing the battery. I received no email, nor any sort of communication, that tells me how or when they will refund my money. What a waste of time. Can I sue them for their inability to service a paid customer?
I bought a Timeteller P.
A year later it stopped working.
It was sent back to Nixon HQ for repair.
Nixon responded saying the watch was permanently broken and couldn't be fixed.
They kept the watch.
I was offered a voucher - 50% of the value of the watch.
The voucher had a month before expiry
What a difference a couple of years makes. When Nixon was in Encinitas, I could bring one of my several Nixon watches in for service, get a print out and get my watch serviced within a week or two. Batteries were replaced on site. Their service has gone way downhill. I sent my watch to Carlsbad over a moth ago, called three times and cant get a call back or an email. Guess my relationship with Nixon is over.

Contacted nixon via Facebook and email for them to say send the watch back to be fully serviced,replaced or fully refunded.. but as I'm in the UK it's going to cost me to send it back to them...

Free returns should be in place for goods not fit for purpose.This is now a trading standards issue with Nixon and I intend to take it further.

Vorsicht! Auch wenn die Webseite einen seriösen Eindruck macht, ich wurde tatsächlich abgezockt. Die bestellte Uhr in scheinbar guter Qualität kam an, musste aber gekürzt werden, das hat 20 Euro gekostet, dann ist ein Stift rausgefallen, laut Service sollte diese Reparatur nichts kosten, jetzt habe ich einen Kostenvoranschlag für 27€ erhalten. Kein Anruf unter dieser Nummer, wenn man dort anrufen will. Der Chat funktioniert nicht.
Nachtrag: ich musste nach Nachfragen die Reparatur doch nicht selber bezahlen. Immerhin. Bin gespannt, wie lange die Uhr hält.
Absoluter schlechtester Ruecksendeservice. Ich versuche seit Mitte April eine Uhr per DHL Express mit dem mir zugesandten Label zurückzusenden. Jedes Mal kommt die Uhr am nächsten Tag wieder zurück mit der Begründung, dass es das falsche Label sei. Als ich das 1. Mal den support anschrieb, bekam ich keine Antwort. Auf eine 2. Email hin, sagte man mir, dass das Label korrekt sei. Nun kam die Uhr eben wieder zurück, die auf der Interseite angegebene Nummer existiert nicht und im Chat antwortet mir auch niemand. DESWEGEN: Hände weg von Nixon.

C'est la galère pour régler l'heure et accéder aux différentes fonctions. Les boutons répondent de manière aléatoire. Et lorsque l'on veut éclairer l'écran, en appuyant simultanément sur les deux boutons, c'est presqu'à chaque fois l'heure du deuxième fuseau horaire qui s'affiche. J'ai cru que c'était un problème particulier à ma montre, mais en consultant les avis, j'ai vu que d'autres clients signalaient les mêmes dysfonctionnements.
J'ai donc renvoyé la montre et demandé le remboursement.
Ce remboursement a été fait assez rapidement, dans un délai de 8 jours.

Not told return from UK have to sent back to France with huge costs. Item tracked and reported delivered back to them 2 weeks ago and still no refund. Disgusting customer service from a once love brand. Will be telling others to avoid. Have a friend who is a UK stockiest in his skate shop and even he has had problems and will be no longer selling there items.
UPDATE: After 9 minutes of waiting, someone answered which they automatically knew who I was and told me I’d receive a new tracking number within a few hours. The excuse was the tracking number was a duplicate which was sent to everyone.
I ordered the Time Teller watch and immediately received an email the next day stating it was shipped. When I checked the tracking number, it was an old one from August which was delivered to NM! I managed to get someone on the phone the first call; however, I was told I’d receive a callback and never did so I decided to call back. Now it’s been difficult to get someone!
Bought a product thinking that it'd be shipped within the UK, thought I'd have a quick browse of the returns policy to ensure returns were free. The website had a block stating returns can be made within 30 days and a block on how to return with just a few easy steps. I did not notice the footnote stating the exclusion countries so now have to cough up 15 quid to return my item to the Netherlands.
Customer services dont care and just say it's in there terms and conditions. Massively disappointing customer service which is a real shame as the products are nice.

Because of you people, dealings with the EU means customers like myself have to suffer longer delivery times, longer refund timings and process. A parcel that was picked up 10days ago has been sat at a DHL facility in the Netherlands due to customs delay and is expected to reach the return facility NEXT WEEK! Which means I won't be getting my refund of over £200 till the END OF AUGUST! 🤬🤯

If there was a way to give this a numerical rating, Nixon would get a big fat ZERO. Tried calling their customer services hotline +335 5843 5917 and it says "For English dial 1" - the recorded instruction is in French. If you go online to find out the return policy if based in the U.K. and all you get is an instruction to add 3 copies of the invoice and return to their facility in the Netherlands but there is no instruction on what to add on the invoice or a link to a courier. Nothing. What a mistake!
Die Produkte sind toll. Gut verarbeitet und sehen auch chic aus. Allerdings ist der Kundenservice unterirdisch!
Eine Rücksendung war nicht möglich, da das Rücksendeetikett nicht gedruckt werden kann. Den Hinweis, sich telefonisch an den Kundenservice zu wenden konnte ich ebenfalls nicht wahrnehmen, da die angegebene Telefonnummern entweder nicht geschaltet oder ständig besetzt waren. Auch meine Rückfragen per E-Mail wurden ignoriert... Daher leider nie wieder NIXON!
Eigentlich Schade, weil es normalerweise tolle Produkte sind!

Horrible warranty policy
I purchased this watch in March for $500.00,after a month I noticed some condensation inside of the watch face. I sent the watch back to Nixon and sent me a email saying I needed to pay $175.00 to replace the watch because of unnormal wear. I called them three times and they said they were going to call me back. I have eight other watches from Nixon and haven't had a problem. They ended up sending me back the watch. I called a forth time and told them the watch was only two month old and they just said sorry we cant help you. I will never buy a Nixon watch again. They lost a good customer
Terrible customer support. I emailed before the 30 day refund policy no response. Then I went and email them again finally getting a phone line to call. The lady on the line said I can only exchange even after explaining myself. I’m very annoyed of how this big company is ran. Do not go with Nixon I’ll save you the hassle
Im in Canada, it cost me 24$ to return a 70$ item. It has been delivered to them for more than 2 weeks with my tracking number and still no refund. Last time I ever buy online from them
I ordered a watch, and it took about 2 weeks to be delivered without any update. I also wrote customer support in order to get more information, but it took them a week to answer.
I ordered the Nixon Ripley; nice looking watch. Prior to ordering, I had asked if the grey band could be switched to their black band. “Nope, we don’t customize watches.” Yikes-that’s cuctomizing?
Anyway, come to find out, it wouldn’t have done me any good because their locking silicon bands are too time consuming and difficult to put on on a daily basis, so I replaced it with an aftermarket that sells a gunmetal clasp to match the Nixon watch.
Also, the backlit light on the Ripley is so faint you cannot tell it is doing anything. You have to go into a completely dark room to see it. That is fine with me but they could have stated something about the faintness! I thought I had a defective watch and that I would be sending it back the same day I got it.
Overall, I’m satisfied. It is a good looking watch.
