Covers do not adhere to skin as advertised and if you try to take them up on their "hassle free 90 day money back guarantee" you will receive offers for an alternative product (with adhesive - no good for me as I have sensitive skin) or a 30% refund. Apparently you need a tight top or bandeau to hold them to your chest which completely defeats the purpose. Once I brought up local consumer law, Princess from customer service stopped replying to my emails. Lodged a dispute with my bank and ended up being able to lodge a return request through the Shop App less a "$4 restocking fee" although I was never given return instructions. Never got "every cent back. No hassle. No hoops to jump through" as advertised on their website.
Tried leaving multiple reviews on their website and Instagram (where I was targeted by their ads) but none have been published. Now I report the ads as scams if I see them.
If you would like nipple covers that look like a piece of baloney is hanging off your breast and does nothing to cover, lift or adhere to your skin...then I guess these are for you?!

I ordered the covers based on a 'Second pair free' promotion. After waiting for 3 weeks for the delivery I received only one pair - which are of terrible quality and don't stick to your body at all. When I contacted customer service about this, they repeatedly ignored my request for a refund and in the end they offered only a 30% refund.

This company falsely advertised on their front page a "Try for 90 Days – 100% Money-Back Guarantee", yet when I requested a refund, they only offered 30% unless the product was damaged. Nowhere in their return policy did it state this restriction.
After calling them out on this deception, they quietly removed the claim from their website, but luckily, I took a screenshot as proof. I have reported them to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority for misleading customers.
Upon further research, I found that many other customers have had the same issue—this is clearly a pattern of dishonest business practices. Avoid this company at all costs! Their false advertising and refusal to honor their own guarantee are completely unethical.
If you’re considering buying from them, be warned: they do not stand by their promises. I will continue pursuing this matter to ensure they are held accountable.

Definitely fell victim for intense advertisement. Should have realized it was a haux but sometimes you are too quick to buy things.
When they arrived I did open the package and tried one on, however quickly threw it all in the trash as it (to no ones surprise) did not work at all. If you want to wear a toxic plastic thing on your arm for a few minutes, maybe, but not for the purpose it's advertised for.
Simple: spend your money elsewhere.

Not one confirmation email was sent and I didn't realise until a few days later when all 3 payments came out of my account at once.
When I emailed and asked to cancel 2 of them they said I would have to wait till they arrive then I could return them for a refund. Now they are saying that they can only offer a replacement or a 30% refund even though their return policy states that you can return within 30 days for unworn, original condition items in original packaging.

If I could give zero percent I would. I'm going to write a complaint to the better business bureau. Contrary to what their website says, they will not refund you at all. I was given the option of new sticky adhesives (after I told them theirs didn't stick) or a 30% refund. This website is an absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
