Excellent partnership

Excellent partnership. Patient and very responsive. If you are going to launch a loyalty campaign, I highly recommend LoyaltyLion. Also, integrations with systems like Shopify, Klaviyo, etc. are super easy.

Great customer service & app

The Loyalty Lion app is a great add on to your company. Really easy to manage and reporting is really helpful for the wider team. Laura our Customer Success Manager is very knowledgeable & helpful.

Excellent Service

Transferring and launching our new rewards program with Loyalty Lion was thorough but easy! Our onboarding manager did a great job of assisting us through the process and provided timely help despite being in a different time zone. Excellent service!

From Joshua to Reya, they've been rellay helpful.

Joshua on explaining the intro part to us was really helpful for us to make decision.

And when Reya help me the onboarding and keep on answering my inquiries till now was really helpful. And even provide Solution for us.
