Bezahlt und keine Ware
Wir haben eine Skihose bestellt. Durch falsche zurück Deklaration/Warenwert wurde sie am Zoll zurückgehalten Und Schliesslich zurückgeschickt.
Wir haben keine Ware erhalten und die 150 Fr. wurden wieder rückerstattet noch gut geschrieben.
Ich würde nichts mehr bestellen!

Ad they got money they stop answering your e-mails… I have ordered a pair of pants almost one month ago and still waiting for
them.
After more than one month waiting I still haven’t received my order. I had to buy a new pair of snow pants since I needed them for Christmas. I want my money back but the company just offered to send me a new pair of pants next week… it’s unacceptable!!!

The package came fast and good without…
The package came fast and good without problems but the pants didn’t fit so we sent it back. Normally I would get my money back but they let me know there was a little problem or something and needed a few more weeks. It’s now almost a year later and I still didn’t get the money. We sent emails and sent a dm on instagram but no respond. It was a lot of money and I’m still a student so this is not something to be happy with.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service
I have ordered 3 times as I really do like the snow pants they are comfortable and good quality.
However the first pair I ordered was missing a toggle so one leg of that pants didn’t adjust at the bottom, it took weeks to get a reply to which they said just tie it maybe 4 months later they issued me a discount code of 10%…
In my third order, they mixed up my order and sent me the shell pants instead of the insulated ones in which there is a £30 difference in price. It took me weeks to get replied and eventually they said they would refund the difference even though I had received a product I didn’t want and was no option to return for full refund. 2 months later no refund in difference in price and have chased twice with no reply! Really frustrating
