My son really liked them. These are the second pants we buy from you. About delivery: there was no mobile phone number on the delivery form, so we had a hard time finding the parcel in our country.

I made an international purchase, and they are not taking responsibility for the return because they say the customs fees are not worth it, meaning there is no possibility of returning the item.

Update: They finally took care of the return, and the process has gone smoothly. I covered the shipping costs. I’m increasing my rating by one star due to the customer service support. I encourage the company to be more flexible with international returns—not only accepting them in case of defects, but also for size exchanges or a change of mind.

These snowboard pants are just like in the description. They are stylish, comfortable, and warm. The material protects well from wind and snow, and everything works as expected.

I am 163 cm (5’4”) tall and weigh 55 kg (121 lbs). I got a size S, and they fit perfectly. They are a bit loose at the waist, but the belt helps adjust them.

Overall, really good snowboard pants. Happy with my purchase!

The product itself is great, love the design and quality. The only downside to the whole experience was the return thing - I have only realized after I ordered that you don’t accept it and that it is delivered from China. :( I think returns online are obligatory in UK/EU, but I get that the cost of it would be too big. It probably should be visible on the front, not in the tab that is hidden. I ordered two pairs of pants to try on and choose one and had to leave both of them in the end. So that’s a thing to consider UX wise

Love the pants - delivery takes pretty long - but the pants are great, best quality and they look super cool

The pants are amazing, I’m currently skiing with them the pockets are massive, the pants are baggy and warm and I have the most steeze in the slopes so, they pants also came with stickers and a voucher and for the price are well worth it!
