1. I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. Despite the listing stating that delivery and returns were free, I was charged £15 for delivery. When I received the item, it was in poor condition—one had visible stains on the inner armpit area, and the other had a hole in the side seam.
I requested a partial refund, but my request was rejected, and I was told I would need to return the items for a full refund. I then had to pay an additional £10.50 for return postage. It’s been two days since the return, and I’ve received no communication from the seller, nor have I been refunded.
The lack of response and failure to honor the terms stated in the listing is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.
I recently purchased a Chanel skirt suit from a seller, and although the pictures in the listing appeared to show the item in very good condition, when I received it, I noticed significant damage. There are numerous pulls in the fabric, particularly at the bottom of the skirt, and they become more apparent when trying the skirt on. The fabric appears to be quite damaged, and I’m concerned that the item may not even be genuine.
I contacted the seller to request a return and refund, asking for return postage, but the seller has refused and has not accurately described the condition of the item. It feels like I’ve been misled, and now the seller is threatening me, stating that the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent and implying I might lose my money if they claim the item was in good condition when they shipped it.
This situation feels like the seller is attempting to scam me by hiding the flaws of the item and blaming me for the condition. I’m frustrated by the lack of honesty and the seller’s refusal to take responsibility for their inaccurate description of the item.
