I would have given them 1 star about a year ago because it was so difficult to communicate with this company. They avoided interacting with customers. Today however, they have been responding to emails very quickly. I had an unusual request to send me a receipt from 3 years ago and they did it right away. So glad they improved the customer service because they make great curtains!

I was searching for a 100% blackout curtain solution for a lab build out. Nicetown was the only company I found online that offered custom curtain sizes and 100% blackout materials. I reached out to their customer service email contact for a question. They reached back with an answer and asked if I wanted their team's help selecting what I needed to accomplish my goal. They were very responsive and helpful. They helped me select the curtain rods and sizes I needed that met my unique needs.

Curtains are hung and perform as expected. Their customer service agent was very cordial and created an exceptional experience for me. I will use this company for any future curtain solutions I might need.

I read through some of the 1 star reviews. I never tried to call, but email responses were reliable. There is a response delay for North/South America because of the time zone difference, but I did not find this to be a significant problem. I disagree with the 1 star reviews I read and I highly recommend Nicetown for your curtain solutions.

Nicetown curtain products and customer service are both exceptional. I ordered custom curtains and after submitting my order the team reached out to ask a few additional questions about my window environment and product goals to confirm that the order would successfully met my expectations. It showed true dedication in providing quality products.

Customer Service is Nonexistent. I have tried multiple times to call them, email them, use the chat, and zero responses. Beware

I HAVE PURCHASED BLACKOUT DRAPES WHICH ARE LOVELY! ALSO A BACK DOOR PULL-UP CURTAIN TO BLOCK COLD FROM A GLASS PANED DOOR. I WISH YOUR COMPANY WOULD MAKE THESE IN A HEAVY PADDED FABRIC TO KEEP COLD AND HEAT OUT. YOUR FABRIC IS LOVELY, COLOR IS LOVELY, BUT WE NEED A PADDED FABRIC FOR WINTER COLD WEATHER. YOU COULD CHARGE MUCH HIGHER PRICES FOR THIS TYPE OF COVER. WE WOULD PAY FOR IT, BECAUSE IT IS NEEDED. I WILL TRY TO ADD A QUILTED FABRIC TO THE BACK OF THIS CURTAIN TO MAKE IT USEFUL. I love the customizability of this brand! Perfect for the weird windows shapes in our house.
The curtains also arrive very quickly and block both light and sound well.

Ordering the shade was very easy and customer service contacted me to insure my measurements were correct and to get more detail measurements. Shade turned out perfect and was a lifesaver for the high temperatures in direct sun. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Will send pictures when I can.

Scam Chinese company. Cheap material and wrong size. Horrid customer service. They are now called the hue .com. Stay away from these criminals. $150 down the drain to China.

I ordered a custom sun shade sail from them over the weekend, but had questions. I called 57 times (I know I know, but cmon...no voice-mail? No callback? No "sorry, it's been a busy day", no person! Literally no one there! So...shut up).

I sent an email immediately asking for them to cancel my order as their company pops-up on scam reporter sites and the lack of response is just the nail in the coffin to that.

Buy from a company that you can ACTUALLY TALK TO PEOPLE and not a company that can't pick up the phone after 57 calls.

Finally received my curtains after a month and a half. Absolutely, beyond disappointed. I would return them if I thought I would actually get my money back. Customer service is a joke. Quality of fabrics is terrible. They don’t open well at all because the fabric is so stiff and cheap. The ‘blackout’ part is literally a large piece of black felt between the liner and curtain. An absolute joke. I wish I could add pictures to show how terrible they truly are.

I LOVE these curtains! They are super thick and block out light. I can’t wait to see my energy bill go down! I would definitely buy these again and recommend to friends and family!

The curtain looks great! It is actually an insulated,quilted, single "curtain" to cover a door-sized opening leading to the back hallway of our house. It will keep the very hot or cold air from getting to the front of the house during summer and winter. It was customized for our purpose and packed very well. And, it was a quick turnaround. It looks just like the beige curtain shown on the Nicetown website. Very nice, and glad I found them.

Our insulating curtains are absolutely excellent and exceed all expectations. Flawless. We live in winter weather that can get to sub zero temperatures here in the mountains of upstate NY. We registered a 3 degree warming change after installing the curtains on our doors. Amazing.

Positively LOVE the quality & the look! CLASSY! Heavy duty, waterproof, outdoor curtains. I got the matching sandbags. They are hidden below the curtains, and they work well in storms and high winds. The curtains come with nice tiebacks. However, I bought the woven ball tiebacks. Everyone who comes to my home comments on how beautiful they are!

We ordered some very large curtains for our restaurant (about 12 feet high x 6-12 feet wide) to help dampen the noise in our industrial space and provide some privacy. I couldn't be happier with the overall quality, service, price point and manufacturing / shipping time! They've definitely helped with the noise. 5 stars all the way. We plan to order more products from Nicetown soon!

Fantastic curtains were PERFECT!

I needed new curtains for my condo. Took the measurements per instructions on the site and placed my order online. This company is based in China, so the access to a customer service center is more limited, but this isn’t a big box store and someone customer service did call me back and was VERY helpful.

The curtains arrived in great time and were perfect out of the box. Just hung them last night and they exceeded my expectations!

Unbeatable price, great customer service, and high quality curtains! The blackout curtains are even better than the much more expensive curtains they replaced!

First of all, I was very nervous about buying special order curtains from a company I didn't know personally. I looked at a dozen websites to compare prices and options. I spoke with Nicetown's "customer support" department many times about taking measurements. I didn't hear back from a couple of other companies. The width I needed was much wider than the normal size, as was the length, but they were very assuring.
Their PRICES WERE UNBELIEVEABLE compared to other companies and that made me anxious, but it was 100% true. But because everyone I spoke to or emailed was so kind and helpful, I placed the order for curtains to go on the pole barn in the back yard. There were so many color choices (which is a good thing) but I decided I wanted the curtains to blend in with the structure. I ordered the Outdoor Aqua Shield curtains. The order arrived several weeks ahead of what I had expected. When I opened the boxes, I almost cried, they are so lovely! I expected them to be stiff, but they are very soft and thick. We will sing this companies praises for a long, long time! I know there were comments about the curtains being made outside of the USA, and I don't really know where they were made. I just know the quality is extraordinary, they were packaged carefully and delivered within eight calendar days. And the staff was very helpful and patient. You will be very glad you ordered from Nicetown and your wallet will remain intact!
We've had so much wind in Florida, that we had to tie them to the poles in three areas, so they would stay in place. They are very lovely with just one tie-back. (which the company sent to me to go with my order, a very nice surprise.)
