Emergency Light Fundermentals
Although the venue itself was a bit far from us due to availability it was worth the drive.
Everything about it was spot on, the venue, course instructor, facilities and lunch was all top notch.
Would definitely come back here for more course if required.

Poor customer service
NICEIC has lost the human touch. They seem to operate only on automated emails and trying to actually get any sense out of them is an uphill battle. They are the worst third party accreditation company we have dealt with.

The cause was held in a comfortable classroom with adequate parking outside, refreshments and lunch included. This allowed me to fully concentrate on the task ahead.
Simon our tutor was great at supplying me with the knowledge and confidence to achieve the pass results I needed.
