The service has been easy to use, customer service were very helpful when I needed assistance and they sent regular updates throughout the process. Also had a very kind and helpful delivery service!

It takes far too long to get through on the phone. Waiting for over an hour on hold everytime you need to talk to someone is unacceptable. Apart from thst the process is relatively smooth

Exemplary customer service
Incredibly helpful representative that I spoke to today. Really went beyond to resolve issues in real time. There wasn’t a requirement to find a full solution but the representative really tried to be proactive and offer answers other stakeholders involved in the lease process should have had e.g Mercedes dealership. Exemplary customer service was a pleasure to speak to someone so willing to help and understand the issue I was facing

Communication is terrible. Time taken from start to finish is poor. Lack of communication made getting a new car almost unenjoyable.

Smooth Experience
It was a great experience with NHSFleet to get my first EV. Few things that can be improed is the user interface of the website. The signup page should show a list of all the trusts to select from. For very long I felt my trust was not into it. Also a section for easy messaging contact within the account would be very helpful.
Overall the process are easy from applying and getting the car lease processed. The website and emails helped me keep track of where the process is.
Though I havent yet used their customer support till now, hope it is good.
