Stay away, not happy, ZRKJP9-Z31WM
ZRKJP9-Z31WM. I have now had to escalate this complaint as it’s now been 10 weeks with nothing. A deadline has been given and I’m now having to involve HR management to force NHS fleet solutions to respond/resolve. This situation is totally unacceptable and I would advise any potential customer to think long and hard before leasing from this company. A repeat customer shouldn’t be placed in this situation, spending time an effort trying to get a company to respond/ resolve

Nice experience
The driver called me beforehand , arrived on the agreed time and the car was clean and spotless.
He showed me around the car and all the extra equipment like charging cabled were there.thanks

This is my third experience using NHS…
This is my third experience using NHS Fleet Solutions, having had three cars through them consecutively over the years. Each experience has been very positive, and I have never had any significant issues.
The whole process has consistently been straightforward and well organised, with clear communication and helpful support whenever needed. Ordering, delivery and administration have all been handled smoothly.

I was expecting a brand new car…
I was expecting a brand new car delivered on the 7th. I got a car delivered on the 8th with one tyre which had been repaired and one with a puncture, nearly a week on and nobody has been able to sort this for me. Left paying for a car that I can't even drive and nobody seems to care enough to offer me a courtesy car or just get it sorted!

Expected delivery date
12/10/26
First time using NHS Fleet, its taken 7 months for the car to be delivered (delivery date 15/10 ) No dates could be confirmed, i've had to lease a car in the interim.

Brilliant Service
Excellent five-star service! The staff are always helpful, courteous and professional. The only downside is the difficulty in getting through to customer support, as waiting times are often too long.

Very hard to get in touch with customer services, At one point was left holding on phone for 40 minutes. The car took over 8 months to arrive.

Disappointing
The order was not actioned by the dealer for a month. NHS Fleet Solution were difficult to contact. I had to chase the order then chase the charger installation.

Nice people once you get through the…
Nice people once you get through the very long phone queue. Website clunky, have to go to reset mid search regularly, cannot search within the website - for example cannot search for cars with towbar.
