I bought a the Mai Chau Canvas and they felt like shoes from H&M. I never had problems with shoes I bought online and never (!) had to return a pair, but in this case I wanted to. Although I followed the instructions on the website, return was not possible. Even if it had worked, I would have had to pay 9€. (From Germany)

Update: The customer service contacted me and the return was made possible even two months later. Thank you!

1ère commande, j'ai reçu une paire avec 2 tailles différentes. Le problème a été très vite réglé par le sav avec retour et renvoi sans aucun frais de ma part.
2ème commande, 4 ans plus tard, car mes chaussures ont rendu l'âme. J'ai écrit à N'go qui fait bénéficier d'une remise de 10e quand on renvoie à leur frais la paire usée. Et encore une fois, je suis très satisfaite autant par la qualité que le relationnel et que la rapidité de réception de ma commande.
Dès que ma nouvelle paire sera trop usée, je commanderai à nouveau

Il y avait une petite erreur sur la commande donc j'ai eu des échanges avec le service client qui a été très réactif et a solutionné le problème très rapidement.
C'est ma première commande, les chaussures ont l'air de très bonne qualité et confortables.

Conforme à la description livraison super rapide les baskets sont top niveau qualité

SAV pas réactif et négligence, je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation de commande ni de colis après 2 semaines, plusieurs tentatives ensuite de contacter le SAV qui m'a répondu après 3 relances. J'ai bien donné l'adresse d'envoi quand j'ai commandé et aussi dans le mail répondu au SAV MAIS je ne sais pas pour quel miracle le colis a été envoyé à mon ancienne adresse...Vu le galère d'avoir un retour du SAV, j'ai dû m'organiser en conséquence et aller le récupérer.

Je suis sa cliente fidèle depuis 2018, 1er pair durait 3ans, 2ème pair 2ans, le 3ème pair à peine 1an. Celle-ci est ma 4è commande avec le nouveau modèle (Ho Tay Classique Green) en cuir dont la matière est super dure à porter et me faire super mal sur le devant et jusqu'à ce de me faire saigner carrément. Je suis très déçue de cette dernière expérience avec NGO !!!

Une marque durable et éthique ...

Difficile de s'en passer .
