All the representatives were cordial and professional. They were knowledgeable, and they would transfer me to another agent if they couldn’t help me.

The representatives that I dealt with were so polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful I was very pleased with the service they provided.

Rep was very kind patient and understanding. She walked me through the paperwork in detail every step. So thankful she is the one that answered.

I,didn't, like that I ask them to unlined the paper that I needed to sign but they sent me a new pack of forms that I had all have feel out. I have call them three or four times to ask was there any thing else that I needed to do but I still don,t, have the money in my account yet.

I am dealing with a trust and death of a brother who has a policy with Nassau. It takes a lot of time contacting those who may have provided policies. Nassau has been easy to contact and they sent me information to be filled out. Now I wait till their legal team looks over the claim.

I received answers to my questions. The wait time to talk to a customer rep was not as long as the day before. I am thankful for English speaking people with no heavy accent that are easy to understand.
