I have built my insurance business on shared internet leads. The company I had used for a few years recently went out of business and I began getting leads from four companies, one of which is NextGen. I have not noticed any appreciable difference in the quality of leads from any of these companies (including NextGen) from that of my former lead supplier.

Tons of Bad, disconnected, and not working numbers!!!!
Tons of Bad, disconnected, and not working numbers that we pay for and high price too!!! I put 600.00 in one week and i would say 98% of them were Bad, disconnected, and not working numbers and out of 600.00 I got 60 dollars back that is Horrible... Then another 600.00 and its seems to be going the same way and that's with the "Premium" Add-on

I have the leads to be over sold and…
I have the leads to be over sold and not qualified. They also have a very strict returns program so you can return leads that are garbage. Your better off taking your money to Las Vegas!

Same old leads
Same old leads. Most never inquired, some asked for help years ago. Have to work every lead like it’s Gold or you’ll miss the 1-2/100 that actually have a need.

The leads are not quality, exclusive are not exclusive, and when the leads don't match the filters they don't automatically refund the cost. It's a scam.
