I am a large lead purchaser under normal circumstances.
The leads aren't great and there is no way to give proper feedback on bad leads and to return leads that are had. Would love better interaction with the sales force.

Having the opportunity to narrow down your potential leads to make sure they fit within your criteria is a great! On the other hand, the leads could go through some sort of verification before being dispersed as I've spent a decent amount just to have about 1/2 the leads I receive include bad contact information (disconnected numbers, false email addresses, etc) "Name: Too Bad Email: toobad-at-toobad.com Address: 123 Toobad lane"

I wish I could give Negative stars. I have been in the insurance business for over 25 years. This is the worst lead company I have ever worked with. I will be surprised if your in business next year. Terrible!!!!!

NextGen is a love/hate relationship
NextGen is a love - hate relationship. I love how clean and easy the process is. It's the primary lead source from my office so I'm stuck. But it's made me so much money. At the same time, I did lose money too. The times where the lead is a bad lead like a bad phone number it was hard to return. I paid $50 for a lead named "TheUniversity OfTexas" 999-9999 number, returned it, then the return was rejected so I had to message them and she had to get the manager to approve it.
However, I absolutely loved/love my agent, Lisa M. - she has made it so much easier and much more effective for me. I'd give her personally 5 stars for sure!
Over 80 leads
I have received over 80 leads in the last three months and haven't close one lead. Lots of incorrect numbers and over 40% never requested insurance, several no answer. I have spent several hundreds dollars and no return on my money. The 5 % that answers the not qualified "health insurance".
Not a fan
Leads are distributed to too many agents, sometimes within the same company. Leads often do not match up with correct filters (Income set at $65,000 or above, lead states income from $19,000 - $39,000, etc). Haven't been a fan and have looked elsewhere for more exclusive leads

I would not invest a dime in the future, very bad info, you only reimburse 10% of a lousy lead, I get return policies all day long, the fact is that does not seem ethical to make money off bad information

Customer service is awful. Paused campaigns, site says error, I lose lead money, they do nothing. Bought leads that were already in our system. There are better Lead Generators out there.
