Special kudos to Andrenique, Rizaldee, & Kristen you ladies are amazing. You have gone above & beyond to assist me with account setup & calming early nerves to ensure customer satisfaction. I have had a fantastic time working with NextGen Leads and their customer support. Recently my team switched to an internally created CRM system and NextGen's support team was the first out of multiple lead vendors to get us up and integrated and have done an outstanding job!
Would recommend to any agent who wants to work with a vendor that is quick to respond and willing to help.

Nextgen Leads allows specific pinpoint accuracy to target desired leads with it's superior campaign creation software. Other lead services just can't come close. The customer support is fantastic. My favorite, by far, is Rizaldee. When assistance is needed, when questions need to be answered, she's always on target and handles everything as timely as possible. With the fantastic leads coupled with outstanding support, I couldn't ask for a better lead source provider.

Although not every lead purchased is perfect at least my rep Kristen Crawford makes it easy to filter through the good and bad ones.

It my first time using Nextgenlead and I got all my question answered.

Kristin Crawford was kind, professional and knowledgeable. She took her time looking through each one of my campaigns, gave me pointers to try and increase lead flow and when she couldn't provide an immediate answer for a particular error message she got with the right person so she could help me out. By the end of the phone call I was much more satisfied and hopeful for better lead flow. To top it off she also followed up with me via email less than an hour later.
Top notch customer service and I hope the next time I call she will be the one to answer!

Want me to invest in their leads yet they send me people who are unemployed even though I have filters for certain income. They also send me clients whose phone numbers are bad and their emails are undeliverable but they refuse to refund on these leads even though there is no way I can sell to them.

Rizaldee Balza has provided me with superb, fast, and constant customer service. What she says she will do for you, she does it or makes sure it gets done. Exceptional customer service!
