Lisa is the best in the GAMEEE

Lisa is Very helpful when setting up Nextgen Campaigns, but also in adjusting the campaigns to target the market that you are looking for. She is always a call away, regardless of the time of day it is. I would strongly recommend using Lisa if working with Nextgen. She is the best!

I've had a wonderful experience working…

I've had a wonderful experience working with NextGen over the past 2 years. The company offers high quality leads, fast CRM integrations and great customer service. I've been working with Lisa Montgomery who is always quick to respond (even on weekends) and takes care of all my requests in a timely manner.

I am happy I found NextGen Leads

I am happy I found NextGen Leads. Eugene Clay has been a comfort. He explained every detail of the NextGen program setup. Then further explained what to expect from the time you get the lead to how to handle the procedure, disposition of the lead and writing the policy. He has patience most people lack and serves his company well by his knowledge of their product and how to use it. I had a problem with my first lead and he immediately came to my rescue.

Exclusive Leads Scam

I bought exclusive medicare leads in NY. The first lead I called said they had already talked to someone already. I was confused as I bought exclusive leads. I emailed Nextgen and they claimed the client could have went to a different lead source, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called the next lead, it was a bad phone number. Then I called the next lead, the client said she was already contacted etc. So I said to her, I bought some leads and was curious, did you only go to one website and enter you information. She confirmed she did. So the "exclusive" leads are not really exclusive. This company is a scam. Rizaldee Balza is also a very rude supervisor.

Hi Brent, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for the negative experience with our leads and customer service. While 5 leads is fairly small sample size to judge the quality of internet leads, we never like to hear these types of concerns and take them very seriously. To be clear, we do not sell exclusive leads to more than one customer, and never resell them at a later date. It is possible the consumer is clicking onto ads without knowing it, submitting a second online funnel assuming it is all one in the same. This would be the only explanation as to why you have received that feedback from consumers. If you would like to send over any specific examples to marcus.bergamaschi@nextgenleads.com I would be glad to take a look and provide further documentation.

Find another Leads provider!

I worked with Nick E. He was very helpful in setting up my campaign for their discounted weekend leads. I ended up spending Three hundred dollars on about 60 health leads. About 20% of the leads had disconnected or bad numbers. All of these Nick told me I would get reimbursed - but that did not happen. The other 80% of these leads, 90% did not answer the phone with about 1/2 going to voice mail, and the other half having no voice mail set up. The final 10% that I did speak to (briefly) either hung up immediately or claimed that they never requested information. This appears to be a scam - $300 for no real leads. Giving Money to Nextgen Leads is unprofitable and a waste of your time!

Thank you for your feedback. Our return rate is capped at 15% so you should have received a meaningful credit (assuming leads were submit through the app on time). With 60 leads purchased, a 10% contact rate is actually higher than the average, so I am glad to hear you were able to reach the consumers. Regarding your point that the consumers never requested information, could you please send a few examples to marcus.bergamaschi@nextgenleads.com? I would be glad to investigate as we collect TrustedForm certificates and Jornaya LeadIDs on every lead we sell so this should never be the case.

I had the wonderful experience of working with your account manager Lisa Montgomery who deserves a promotion.

I had worked with Rizaldee Balza prior to Lisa, and Rizaldee almost lost me as a customer. I highly recommend that she be retrained on mapping and customer service best practices.

Steer Clean- I do not recommend

After a whole month of waiting. I got no leads. When I follow up I got one Fake Lead. I returned the lead at their suggestion and, when I asked for a refund, they subtracted the bad lead that, they asked me to return. I would not recommend or use NextGenLeads again. it was a complete waste of my time and money.

Don't credit their leads

They do not generate their leads, they buy them. I have had about 6 returns over past month, not one was credited. Two of the leads were to fax #'s! They said their formula and return rate is the reason. In my mind, this is fraud. You don't/can't sell bogus info and expect to collect on it. Stay away from them!

Where do I start?

Where do I start? I have always spent an enormous amount of time and effort trying to prospect and reach potential clients.. That is until I was introduced to NextGen Leads! I have tried dozens of different lead vendors and have found the highest return for the amount I invest back into myself on a weekly basis!

Ask for Kristin Crawford! Kristin has been a major asset to me and my business and simplified everything for me along the way. She will take an educational approach with you on how to maximize your campaigns as she did with me!

Sarah Blanco, NextGen- BEST Service Experience Ever!

I have been in the insurance space for over a decade now and have been privy to extraordinary change...not only in terms of the industry itself and the legislation governing how insurance carriers operate; but, moreover, the chaos that is marketing and lead generation.

In my last organization, I managed a near $7-8MIL/Yr spend on leads and marketing...NEVER ONCE did I experience a favorable customer service or account management experience.

Fast forward to Open Enrollment of 2019, I crossed paths with Sarah Blanco. Very unlike my previous position, I am barely managing $1MIL a year in marketing budget. Even as a smaller player in the space, Sarah (and NextGen as a whole) has/have provided nothing short of First-Class service, as well as a top-notch product altogether. Her insight into the market on a day-by-day basis really proves excellence and expertise.

I highly recommend her, as well as NextGen, as sincerely as I may!
