A great company who offer great products at good prices. The customer service helpful and friendly. Had a problem with setting up an order for some reason and sorting it out with customer service was quick and sorted within the hour. Then unfortunately one of the items arrived leaking again not a problem and a replacement was sent ASAP. I’ve used this company before and will again and happy to recommend them

My daughter aged 14 managed to order vapes from your website with out any ID these was posted through our letterbox, luckily i got to the parcels first and opened them to find 4 vapes. Absoultly discusted that this has happened and you need to make sure you request ID on delivery if not some how on your website

I loved it all for except it died in two days, I hadn't smoked it that much but it stopped lighting up and didn't even blink like it usually should. Other then that it tasted great and was packaged pretty cool

Purchased Dovpo Clutch mec mod and the 21700 batteries did not fit!!! Returned item. Have since purchased the mod from signature tips who make the mod and there's a big difference in the metal used, colour tone etc.

It looks as though I was sold a poor copy of the Dovpo Clutch!!! Its a bit concerning as this is a mechanical mod!

I have made two separate purchases from Newvaping; the first went well and was a good experience. However, the second purchase I made (a Sensis Pod Mod) was faulty and I found the company very difficult to deal with; They would not immediately exchange the mod, instead asking me to send photos and videos of the issue; I duly sent them photos, at first they said everything was ok with the mod and it wasn’t faulty; I contacted them again and explained the issue in detail again-then they said they need “larger photos” I sensed the company was just putting up hurdles to try and get out of replacing the mod; I gave up in the end, put it down to experience. I will stick to more reputable companies in the future with customer services who understand their products. I have been vaping for 10 years and never known such poor customer service, Conclusion’s; you’ll be fine if everything you buy works ok; god help you if you have an issue.

Having spent hundreds of pounds in this store I have now been given cause to shop elsewhere over a trivial amount of money and purposeless customer care.
