Best Customer Service I've ever experienced

The customer service I received from this company has to be some of the best I've ever experienced. I was initially unsure about the technology having heard about it on a podcast so reached out to Newmed for some advice and Grace got back to me very quickly. She sent me a very detailed and helpful email as well as organising a zoom session as well as taking several calls to answer any questions I had. As a result I purchased the equipment and after delivery she was only to happy to help in any set up questions as well as tips to optimise the use of the equipment.
Unfortunately my circumstances changed and again Grace and the team stepped up to help me out.
This level of customer service has to be the gold standard for any company and I would highly recommend anyone to engage with Newmed and Grace and the team to see how they can help you.

Great customer service

Great team at NewMed Ltd. After having issues with my PEMF mat, NewMed resolved my problem with excellent communication, and exceptional professionality. I would definitely recommend using them as they offer a great service which is very rare these days.

These guys are incredible!

These guys are incredible!
I am a physio and osteopath who has had dealings with NewMed for years. I recommend my clients to them and they are unanimous in their praise for the company. They will NOT sell you something you don't need! They will not recommend something more expensive than your requirements. They are honest and good hearted.
Andy Smith is the founder and CEO and I'm sure is responsible for the incredible ethos of NewMed. (I personally owe him a huge debt of gratitude when he lent me some very expensive equipment when mine was malfunctioning.)
Don't go anywhere else.

Great company for pemf

Super pleased with the bio mag mat
I’ve used pemf for a number of years , this new mat has worked much better for chronic debilitating pain
After just a few days I noticed a difference
Highly recommend for anyone suffering sleep issues and chronic pain, what’s not to love about energising 70 trillion cells in your body every single day ?
Great communication and customer care

Have to say found this company very…

Have to say found this company very easy to deal with.Bought a flexpulse in jan a couple of days ago a coil stopped working rang them yesterday and a new one arrived today under guarantee. Thanks..
I know they are a small tight family business and from my dealings they deserve suport.

Biomag

Problems from the start. Cutting out, programmes longer than times in book/instructions. Smouldering from the cable. Took over 9 months for them to take the item for their inspection. Would prefer a refund as item not fit for purpose. Item still with them. We are not talking pence, we are talking thousands of pounds. Customer service is abysmal compared with the price of the goods.

Our family run business strive in very high levels of customer service and importing these devices for those in need and I will ensure this situation has a positive outcome for you.

Our database does not completely reflect your comments above as we have offered you a collection of your device at our cost as soon as you reported any issues. We currently have your device which we will get back up and running in a timely manor but as it stands we need to order new parts for it, which were not returned to us from yourself. However, we will order these in at our cost and ensure you are back up and working soon. I will make direct contact with you and have a solution asap.
