Be careful when buying from this company
Be careful when buying from this company. They sell ‘Used’ products as well as Graded Appliances. I tried in vain to contact them before purchasing a fridge to reassure myself. I am fully aware that Graded appliances have scratches and dents on them and when I have purchased from other companies,I have received a phone call to advise me what damage is on the item.
The fridge I was buying was in very short supply throughout the country so I did order. When it arrived I was very annoyed to see that it was Used! There were spillages of milk inside and it was badly scratched.
I have to say that their customer service after I had bought it was good but this whole situation could have been avoided if they had responded to my phone calls and on line requests before purchase.

As communicated via email we do specify all our Graded products as: GRADE B - May contain several minor to moderate imperfections, such as scratches, marks and dents. Items can be deemed as 28 day returns, exit stock or unused in appearance. Imperfections stated and/or photographed at listing give a fair indication of the items condition.
However our quality department failed to see and clean any imperfections before dispatching for which we sincerely apologise for this.

Samsung washing machine
Our Samsung washing machine's price was £100 off high street shops price. Only with minor cosmetic scratches on the sides (not visible when under worktop)

Purchased a Samsung American style…
Purchased a Samsung American style fridge freezer and very pleased with the product no visible marks as described and delivery within a few days so happy days. Even asked about taking away the old appliance so they sent an invoice later and only cost £20.

I bought a Tumble Dryer from New-Life appliances which unfortunately developed a problem that couldnt be rectified. Customer service could not have been more responsive and helpful. They collected the machine and gave a full refund without hesitation. Support was there even in the evening.

I am sorry to email you this but our driver had an accident this morning whilst loading all the orders to go to our delivery company and accidently he dropped the cooker you bought from us and the glass from the oven doors are now completely smashed.
Unfortunately I will need to cancel the order and have refunded you in full as we do not have a replacement cooker in stock. We are due for another delivery on Monday of some appliances and if we get another cooker I shall let you know via email and offer you if you wish.

Disaster handled well
I purchased a virtually impossible to find Miele oven, now discontinued, to replace a broken one, so that I wouldn't have to replace the matching combi oven as well. It all started well: everything proceeded quickly and efficiently, and I was kept informed on a daily basis of the delivery. I received a phone call on the morning of the delivery, and the oven arrived precisely on time. However, as they were manoeuvring the oven off the van, the driver said that it was broken. It wasn't just damaged; the glass door had been shattered and the protective blanket was full of broken glass. They left it on the van and photographed it without unpacking it. Newlife was profusely apologetic, and the full refund was received within 48 hours. However, for the oven to have been so badly damaged means that there is a grossly negligent party somewhere in the chain.

My husband bought me a machine washing…
My husband bought me a machine washing sometime back in March and very disappointed with the machine when it came it would make some much noise that the neighbors were not happy with the noise to make matter worse it stopped working within a month my husband reported that it stopped working that time in March but they company turn around saying to get another machine which we had to top up to get a good one but we couldn’t afford to top up at that moment so we asked for a refund but they were ignoring the email my husband sent till now we are stuck with that washing machine which is not working and I have to use the laundry service which I find is not fair at all all we just want is our refund back so we can get a better washing machine please very disappointed with this company

Your husband bought the washer dryer from us on 28 February and on 26 April you complained that the washer dryer was making noises. We assumed it must be the bearings that have worn out as this was a previously refurbished model you bought.
We offered your husband to choose another available model from our website as we did not have the exact model to exchange. It took you further 3 months to come back to us as your email dated 13 September 2021 that there is nothing on our website that can replace the washer dryer.
As promised we shall refund your husband in full after we have collected the appliance but he keeps on demanding that he wants the refund before the appliance is collected. This is not something we or any other retailer will do.
We do however sincerely apologise for this faulty machine, but this machine is not a hazard as described by your husband as we have asked a full report from him and his electrician but we have had nothing so far.
The appliance is scheduled to be picked up on Friday 8/10/21 and he shall have a full refund once the appliance is collected.
