Our ‘new & unused’ appliances are uniquely graded. As such, they are listed individually with a unique condition description and include photos specific to that particular item. In our listings, we indicate general cosmetic damages across these units because they come into us without packaging, transit through the workshop, valet, photography and the sales bay all without packaging. Therefore, although new and unused, they won’t look fresh off the manufacturers’ production line and may have minor marks that don’t show up in the photographs. Any specific dents, marks or scuffs will be described in the listing conditions and visible in the photographs. It’s because of these general non-specific and/or specific marks, dents or scuffs that NewLife Appliances is able to offer such great prices on such a range of great products. All appliances are tested so washing machines and dishwashers may contain residual water within the pipes from the wet test phase. Original instruction manuals aren’t something that travel with graded products, so your new appliance may not have one. I bought a Samsung fridge which I was assured on the phone has no dents- it arrived with 3 dents with the rudest delivery drivers. It was then returned 2 days ago and I have had no response from emails and it has been very difficult to get through on the phone- I spoke to someone 3 weeks ago who assured me that I would be refunded a few days later- I am still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later! Very very poor service!

Thank you for your review. You sent us an email yesterday at 9:28am asking us about the refund and we replied to your email at 9;32am apologising you and asking you to wait for us to investigate this order and get back to you in the afternoon. So why do you say that no one responded to your email?
We only issue a full refund once the product is back in our warehouse which you have just stated that the fridge freezer was collected only two days ago. So the refund will be processed this Friday.
We do apologise for the 3 dents you found but this was not evident to us as the fridge freezer was well wrapped and we checked the front and all was pristine.

I purchased an AEG cocker from Newlife and im very happy!. I was aware that this was a graded product so I asked them to email me with the defects prior to purchase which they did..and they were accurate pictures. My advice to anyone buying graded goods is to ask for detailed information on the product prior to purchase and read the terms and conditions before you commit to buy. I have saved over £400 using this company and I highly recommend using them as I certainly will be again.

We have replied to your previous feedback and by sending another review will not change our reply, as The dishwasher you bought from us was clearly advertised as "GRADE B, 28 Returned Product", we also showed the photos of the various dents and scratches.
We are not trying to "fob" anyone, our products are all Graded and have some kind of imperfections hence the huge savings, Kindly read some reviews left by our customers and you will understand that our core of business is to be Environmental friendly and we prevent to fill the landfills with unwanted appliances. You clearly did not read the listing and see the photos on our website.

Thank you for writing this review, however the CDA oven you bought was clearly marked as "Broken Handle with Scratch on Top Left, Grade B". There were also two pictures on the website showing these imperfections.
We also emailed you about these imperfections after you sent an email complaining about the broken handle, but did not hear from you but have written this review which is not fair.
We too have logged a case on Paypal showing them the photos and the email sent to you.

Whilst the information on the item on the website looked a little generic, the nob, when it was delivered, was in brilliant ccondition, I would use again. I wish there was a service like this closer to where I live.

Although using the website is very easy, the attitude of the persons delivering was appalling! Refused to carry appliance to the flat and left at the bottom of the stairs! At no point was I asked if the appliance needed to be carried upstairs. The quote from the delivery team was it was too heavy!!!! Absolutely appalling attitude

However, if you had called us when they were delivering and refusing to take it upstairs we would asked them to carry out delivery and deliver it in your flat. Although we were not aware of this delivery going upstairs as we would have advised the delivery company in advance to let the crew know.

I was really impressed by the service
I was really impressed by the service, emails, text messages and a phone call to let me know they were half an hour away just wish they had rung the right doorbell and not left it with my 80 year old MIL at the top of a flight of stairs for me to drag it down :-(
The machine itself is great I'm really impressed and will use again in the future.
