Great Prices, Terrible Courier Choice
This company offers great prices, and under different circumstances I would happily continue using them. However, I’m giving 1 star for one simple reason: they choose to use Evri as their courier.
Whenever I buy something, I expect two things — a fair price and a reliable delivery. Evri consistently fails to provide the latter, and their poor service has now cost me an additional £45. Rebranding from Hermes to Evri hasn’t changed anything; it’s the same problems under a different name.
Because of this, just as I’ve stopped using Pets at Home for the same reason, I will no longer shop with this company while they continue to use Evri for deliveries.

Steer clear of this seller
These people are meant to be a verified seller for B&Q - my advice based upon my experience is steer well clear of these people as they are not professional in any way. I odered a box of 24 batteries - what turned up was a battered and broken old box split open and missing 2 batteries the box had been held in plastic - so they knowlingly sent out a substandard product

Company isn't trustworthy or helpful
Company isn't trustworthy or helpful. Order was missing and i got mixed answers from customer service from item colour was no longer available to failed delivery. Apparently, my house address was a 'business that was closed' , no re-attempt at the delivery. Asked for either a replacement or re-send once they received it back. All out of stock and no longer available.

Odpowiedź od Newhilldeals
Hi Beth
Sincere apologies that this got missed for ten days and that the diffuser arrived damaged in the first place. Neither should have happened. A full refund has gone through and a replacement is on its way as our apology.
Thank you for raising it — it's the only way we get better.
Tom
Order replacement
Despite my original order being damaged, the company replaced my order very promptly and without any hesitancy. I would certainly use them again. They were also very easy to contact.
