Fiz abdominoplastia, lipo 360° e mastopexia com prótese. A clínica foi super atenciosa desde as primeiras tratativas pelo WhatsApp, suporte no aeroporto, todos os exames necessários são feitos antes da cirurgia, o médico tira todas as dúvidas e faz o acompanhamento, fui sem acompanhante e tive todo cuidado e atenção necessária. No hotel também são todos prestativos, tentam compreender e ajudar sempre que é preciso. Só agradecer e curtir a nova fase, sem nenhum ponto negativo.

Il team medico si è dimostrato altamente qualificato, trasmettendo sicurezza e competenza in ogni fase del percorso, dalla consulenza iniziale fino al post-operatorio. Tutto è stato spiegato in modo chiaro e trasparente, permettendomi di affrontare l’intervento con serenità.

La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben organizzata, e il personale è sempre stato disponibile, gentile e attento alle esigenze dei pazienti. Anche l’assistenza dopo l’intervento è stata costante e accurata, un aspetto che considero fondamentale.

Excellent and professional service. They picked me up directly from the airport and took me to the hospital, which was clean and well equipped.
The next day, I underwent a facelift with blepharoplasty under general anesthesia.
The post-operative recovery was perfect and smooth.
They provided me with a facial band and medications. Truly top-quality service!

Sono venuta in Turchia per un intervento di mommy makeover alla New City Clinic. All’arrivo all’aeroporto ci hanno accolto e accompagnato in hotel. Il giorno dopo siamo andati in ospedale per i controlli e il medico mi ha spiegato tutto con molta calma. L’ospedale è molto moderno e pulito. Dopo l’intervento sono rimasta due giorni in ospedale e poi sono tornata in hotel per il recupero. L’organizzazione è stata davvero molto professionale e mi sono sentita sempre seguita.

As I mentioned in my previous review, after I began to see the results of the surgery I contacted the clinic several times. I sent photos and explained my concerns when the swelling started to go down and the results became more visible.
I also contacted the person responsible for the post-operative care as well as the translator who assisted me during the process. In fact, the person responsible for the post-operative communication even admitted that I was not receiving the proper follow-up.
Therefore, it is not correct to say that I did not contact the clinic or that I did not report what was happening.
Another important point is that instead of receiving proper support or guidance, I started receiving messages on WhatsApp trying to place the blame on me and questioning my emotional condition.
I would like to make it clear that anyone who undergoes cosmetic surgery, invests their money and trusts a medical team expects professional results and proper post-operative care. When the result does not correspond to what was promised and visible scars remain, it is natural for any patient to feel emotionally affected.
I have all the messages, photos and communications documented.
I still have all medical records, photos and conversations related to this procedure.
My goal in sharing my experience is not to create conflict, but to warn other patients and ask for responsibility and transparency from the clinic.
I also respectfully ask that you stop contacting me through WhatsApp with intimidating messages. If necessary, this matter will be handled through the appropriate legal channels.
I truly hope the clinic takes responsibility and improves the way it treats patients in the future, because cosmetic surgery is not just about procedures — it affects people’s lives, trust and emotional well-being.

Frustrated Expectations and Lack of Commitment to the Patient
​I would like to formally record my total dissatisfaction with the services provided by Newcityclinic. I contracted a set of procedures (Abdominoplasty, 360 Lipo, BBL, and Mastopexy without implants) under the promise of a result that does not align with the reality I see in my body today.
​The Facts:
​Ineffective Abdominoplasty: The procedure did not remove the sagging skin and stretch marks as planned. The aesthetic result of my abdomen fell far short of what is expected for a surgery of this magnitude.
​Visible Asymmetry: My breasts are uneven; one side has excess skin and looks noticeably saggier than the other. In the gluteal area (BBL), the asymmetry is also clear, with one side being visibly more rounded than the other.
​Lack of Professionalism Regarding Revisions: When I returned to request the necessary corrections, I was treated with indifference. The clinic, which previously promised "the world," tried to downplay my concerns by claiming my body "looked great" with a good result. They suggested only a liposuction, completely ignoring the clear need to redo the abdominoplasty and adjust the breasts.
​My Indignation:
The clinic demonstrated that their interest ends as soon as the payment is made. There was no concern for my satisfaction or my psychological well-being following the unsatisfactory outcome. I have since consulted with another professional who confirmed the necessity of redoing the procedures to achieve the contracted goal.
​Conclusion:
I feel wronged and disrespected both as a consumer and a patient. I have all the documentation, contracts, and photos that prove the failure to deliver the results. I demand a refund of the amounts related to the abdominoplasty so that I can undergo the correction with a professional who delivers what they promise.
​Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering this clinic: their marketing is excellent, but their execution and post-operative care leave much to be desired

Expectativa frustrada e falta de compromisso com a paciente.
​Gostaria de deixar registrado meu total descontentamento com os serviços prestados pela Newcityclinic. Contratei um conjunto de procedimentos (Abdominoplastia, Lipo 360, BBL e Mastopexia sem prótese) sob a promessa de um resultado que não condiz com a realidade que vejo hoje no meu corpo.
​Os fatos:
​Abdominoplastia Ineficaz: O procedimento não removeu a flacidez e as estrias conforme o planejado. O resultado estético da barriga ficou muito além do esperado para uma cirurgia desse porte.
​Assimetria visível: Meus seios ficaram desiguais, um lado apresentando excesso de pele e aspecto mais caído que o outro. No glúteo (BBL), a assimetria também é nítida, com um lado visivelmente mais arredondado.
​Falta de Profissionalismo no Retoque: Ao retornar para cobrar as correções devidas, fui tratada com descaso. A clínica, que antes prometia "mundos e fundos", tentou minimizar meus problemas dizendo que o corpo "estava ótimo" com bom resultado e sugerindo apenas uma lipoaspiração, ignorando a necessidade clara de refazer a abdominoplastia e ajustar as mamas.
​Minha indignação:
A clínica demonstrou que o interesse termina assim que o pagamento é efetuado. Não houve preocupação com a minha satisfação ou com o meu bem-estar psicológico após o resultado insatisfatório. Passei por uma consulta com outro profissional que confirmou a necessidade de refazer os procedimentos para atingir o objetivo contratado.
​Conclusão:
Sinto-me lesada e desrespeitada como consumidora e paciente. Tenho toda a documentação, contratos e fotos que comprovam a falha no resultado. Exijo o reembolso dos valores referentes à abdominoplastia para que eu possa realizar a correção com um profissional que cumpra o que promete.
​Fica aqui o meu alerta para quem busca esta clínica: o marketing é excelente, mas a entrega e o pós-operatório deixam muito a desejar.

Salve ho contattato questa clinica ad Aprile 2024 per un' intervento di addominoplastica più liposuzione 360°,dal momento che mi hanno spiegato come funzionasse l'organizzazione mi sono convinta e a Maggio 2024 ho fatto l'intervento, lì ho trovato un team eccezionale il dottore fathi altrettanto molto onesto e bravissimo nel suo lavoro che dire lo consiglio vivamente e lo rifarei altre 100 volte grazie ancora ragazzi.

Sono partita da sola ma con la presenza telefonica del manager italiano sempre pronta a risolvere ogni mia richiesta o dubbio su qualsiasi cosa..arrivata in ospedale sono sempre stata seguita da personale preparato.. e i responsabili sempre presenti .. .operata il giorno dopo da un chirurgo attento e scrupoloso molto bravo che ha fatto un ottimo lavoro..assistenza in hotel poi fantastica .tutto ok super organizzati. Newcityclinic per me è il top..grazie
