Amazing and professional customer service.

I have been a NEWAIR customer for more than 20+ years. I have purchased many ice machines for my office and various residences throughout the 20+ years. NEWAIR is a reputable company that carries great quality products at reasonable prices who stand by all their products.

I always find their customer service representatives and staff to be highly professional, respectful, patient, courteous, friendly, genuinely caring, understanding and their eagerness to resolve any product issues that may arise.

I especially appreciate working with Hilary Waight, her team and senior management who have demonstrated care, patience, and professionalism to resolve the warranty on my ice machine that unfortunately failed after 6 months under normal use and cleaning.

Hilary understood my inconvenience and had her team waive the shipping cost for a new replacement product.

It was truly a pleasure and drama free reliable experience working with Hilary in resolving my warranty issues.

My customer service agent Ionie was absolutely amazing and professional and courteous. My icemaker that I purchased around Christmas isn’t working the way it’s supposed to. She got a new one ordered for me and helped me along the way so that way I don’t have to continue to worry if I can give her 10 stars, I would.

5 weeks ago called customer service to order a part for my ice maker that stopped working. Long story short the wrong part was sent. Called again and rep said sorry about the problem but she would make sure the correct part was expedited to me and a tracking number provided. That never happened and now after numerous calls and emails I cant get thru to customer service. All I get during their regular business hours is a recording saying nobody here to answer your call and emails are never answered. So frustrating.

I made a purchase on Amazon of a Newair ice maker. It just quit and was no longer under the warranty of Amazon so I called the manufacturer. They helped me right away and sent me a new replacement ice machine, all I had to pay was for the shipping which was under 40 dollars. They have a good ticketing system as well. Hilary was very knowledgeable and helpful though this whole process. The whole thing took less than 7 business days to complete. Thank you!
