Laurellee was very helpful and even provided me with photos of the parts I ordered.
Fern was able to assist me with ordering the right part for my NewAir ice maker - the drain plug was lost when we moved it. They forwarded a quote and I had no trouble ordering the part.
Hilary was with us the entire way. Her help was incredible.
Hilary Waight was very prompt and professional. overall i think it took too long to open and close the issue. i was also very disapointed that i only had the unit 3 months before failure and i had to pay $42 + for shipping on a replacement which means i paid more than normal for the unit.
My fan broke down while in warranty. Fern was able to help me get a replacement. Customer service was great

Ok, let's start with the portable ac unit died within a year. I purchased from Menards. I was told that the unit was discontinued and I needed to contact newair. I did and they sent me out another unit. Only problem is that I had to pay for shipping, $80 and new unit didn't come with a warranty. So far it's doing the job, hopefully it will last longer than one hour since it is cooling our homeschooling area.
Fern responded to my online support request very fast. He guided me through troubleshooting steps and came to a quick resolution.
We had purchased a Dual Zone Wine Fridge from one of their retail distributors. Unfortunately, it came damaged. The distributor would only give us a refund - but not another wine fridge. We had just remodeled our kitchen, and needed the wine fridge for a family party we were hosting. We reached out to NewAir, and fortunately we got Ionie. Ionie made sure we got the replacement wine fridge in plenty of time for the party and helped walk us through the entire process, including getting an extended warranty. We are very happy with our purchase!

Terrible customer service, Anfernee will talk down to you through email. I found the email for the ceo and wrote him and did not get a response. They might make good products according to reviews but when the employees and ceo are jerks, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
Fern was quick to respond and diagnose my problem. I ordered the part he recommended and am looking forward to receiving and installing it so my bar fridge will be cold again!
I purchased a Newair ice machine. The first one broke within a few months of ownership. The ice machine would not stop attempting to make a single round of ice, forcing me to unplug the machine to stop the process. I used only filtered water and followed recommended maintenance.
The replacement unit would not power on properly after only a month of use. Their support team is subpar. I would never purchase another Newair product and I very strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your product.

Newair is one of the best companies for having good products. They have awesome customer service. A very nice lady by the name of Laurellee helped me yesterday. It didn't take long for me to know that I was in good hands with Laurellee. She made me feel that I could trust Newair. Therefore I let my friends know that they should consider Newair for future purchases. My friends trust my opinions and I trust Newair, because of Laurellee.
The reviews I read for the Newair icemaker were mixed. I did not like that the icemaker quit after 6 months use. When I contacted customer service regarding the warranty, Hilary Waight was exceptional in resolving the issue and having a new icemaker shipped quickly. She sent follow-up emails as needed to resolve the issue quickly.
