Ice, Ice Baby!!

Laurelle S. was very helpful in helping me secure replacement parts for my downed New Air ice maker. I've been busy so I've been missing their return calls because of the time difference. She wrote up the order and I paid all in one call. My experience was fast and easy which made me extremely happy with her service. Yeah, now I can have ready made ice available do I can drink my ice cold Pepsi. I hated trying to fit ice in my full refrigerator or freezer. Thank you, thank you, thank you LS!! 😊😊😊

I had a great experience with NewAir customer support. Hilary was incredibly helpful and responsive when I reached out about an issue with my unit. She quickly reviewed the information I sent and arranged for a replacement without any hassle.

Her communication was clear, friendly, and very prompt throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to get customer service that’s both efficient and genuinely helpful, but Hilary made the experience smooth and stress free.

Bad experience with product, great experience with support

Bad experience with product, great experience with Fern on NewAir’s support team.

Fern was absolutely amazing in helping me out from a customer support end. For the company itself, my cigar humidor came in with a big sticky residue on the interior glass that won’t come out. Their fix was to either replace the unit (which would be the biggest hassle in getting it back to a UPS store weighing as much as it does) or to wait several months to get a new door shipped to me. On top of that, the humidor was missing its door handle, which they are shipping to me.

Fern was great in finding a solution to my problem.

Fern was great in helping me problem solve my issue with my dual zone freezer/fridge drawer unit. They were able to process a replacement unit. While Fern with Newair was great, I will hold my review for the actual unit itself hoping that the next one won't have the same issues of just shutting down without warning.

Great Customer Service

Great support - No waiting

Phone support was knowledgeable and able to solve my problem. I did not have to wait in a phone queue. Parts I needed were available and she sent instructions on how to install them.

I had a defective unit and after…

I had a defective unit and after reaching out to Newair customer service I quickly got a response back. Ionie Castro was able to guide me through some troubleshoot procedures. With her help we were able to determine a faulty water sensor. Ionie was able to initiate the claim for a replacement. The whole process was easy, straightforward and stress free thanks to Ionie. Her help and knowledge made the interaction painless and convenient on my end as a customer. Thank you Ionie!
