In the beginning we primarily sold portable air conditioners and evaporative coolers. Today, our product categories have something for nearly every part of the home. They responded to my inquiry quickly…

They responded to my inquiry quickly and had options for me. Ionie was very helpful with her emails and also with my phone call to order a part for repair of my beverage fridge. I initially thought they were helpful. However after selling me a replacement part with suggested instructions, a different looking part arrived and repeated requests have given me no help!! Now I am stuck with a broken beverage fridge and a useless part that bought!

The customer service rep was…knowledgeable and helpful

The customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Laurellee provided a solution and took care of me as though I my situation mattered. I did not know what to do with my ice maker and she took the time to help and responded immediately to my emails. I was shocked to see an immediate response. I had the opportunity to speak with her on the phone, and she did not disappoint in conversation Very helpful and pleasant. Thanks, Newair for hiring a great customer service rep! Once we purchase the product the customer experience does not stop at the purchase but through customer service as well to resolve problems.

Ionie Castro was my customer contact person. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my over 2 year old SS215 Newair icemaker issue,provided the part number of the part required and a link to purchase it along with detailed instructions to replace the bad part. Would definitely purchase from them again.
