I ordered a necklace, that was lost by Hermes.
Mary in NEVANNA’s customer service team was nothing short of excellent, with numerous incredibly fast responses, she sent me another one, free of charge, and it arrived within a few days.

Decent company
I was weary after ordering as the reviews wernt great. The delivery was normal for one item and the other item was delivered about a week, two weeks after. Customer service wasn’t bad. The quality was really good for the rose quartz necklace I ordered, the couple brackets I believe to be good quality also.

This bracelet I bought was absolutely beautiful 😍 I didn't know what size I wanted but the bangle extends and its perfect. Delivery was fast and they kept me in the loop every step of the way I will definitely be buying from them again

Lovely ring
I bought this ring as a Christmas present for my niece and she loves it. It is much more dainty in real life, the photos give the indication that its quite chunky. But that's not a bad thing! Very efficient service and the ring arrived very quickly in the post.

Very slow dispatch and horrendous communication
Nevanna was incredibly slow to dispatch the order. This was apparently because the product ran out of stock and they waited for it to come into stock. However it is obvious that what should have been done is they communicate this with the customer so they can make an informed decision of what they want to do or at least be in the loop. They did neither. The gift arrived after the person had returned back from their trip so it was too late.

I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The small metal pieces designed to move around the ring were very poorly made. As it was a Christmas present I did not have time to return and replace sadly.

Do not expect your order on time or maybe not at all
I made my order on the 27th November, it was a Christmas present and I was told it would take 10-12 days to arrive…… still haven’t received it! So disappointed and angry. It is a Sentimental gift for Xmas that would have meant so much and I still haven’t received it. So annoyed. Haven’t contacted them numerous times to be filled with lies.
