Fantastic experience. Ordered a new FT-891 on Sunday evening. Messages from Nevada and Parcel force with updates on delivery. The new radio arrived safely on Tuesday lunch time. And the price beat all others. Very happy.

Great pricing and availability of the products I needed packed and dispatched on the same day , but please please don’t use fedex again, I’d be very happy to pay more for delivery than waste 3 days staying in hoping for a delivery

I'm new to Amateur Radio - just been listening in on my little Baofeng GT-3TP, Foundation exam booked in for the end of September, and was looking to get a mobile antenna and magnetic base (to use in the garden) to listen in and give me a bit more range than the rubber-duck style antenna gives me.

I found Nevada Radio online and found they had the 2m/70cms antenna I had been looking at - the Comet CSB 7900 - which had decent reviews and very good gain for the price (5.1db/7.7) with the low priced magnetic base, the MT-050.

Once ordered, was kept up to date with the order in my account I had set up with them, sent out that day, received by next morning at 09:00, so 10/10 for service there.

The items themselves are great, the base is very sturdy with a strong magnet with no issues with build quality (it's £16 odd compared to £40 odd for the higher end models) and as for the antenna - amazing gain and clarity, am able to pick up repeaters 40-50 miles away with a great signal and the more local repeaters 3-15 miles are crystal clear. Scanning through on VFO mode, I was able to pick up quite a few QSOs' between other operators whether through a repeaters or direct to each other. im in Barnsley and listened to 2 guys talking through the York repeater, clear as a bell!

Thank you Nevada Radio - I will be using you again soon as I am looking at an Icom IC-705 with the ATU and a PSU, once I have got my Foundation and have saved some pennies.

Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend N.R. to new or experienced operators.

I bought an AMPRO 6 mobile antenna, easy ordering, was posted out via Parcelforce 24 who sent me a message saying it would be delivered on a Tuesday, however, didn't turn up until Wednesday, not Nevada Radio's fault, will definitely be using them again!

I have used Nevada Radio a few times in recent weeks after returning to Amateur Radio and have been very pleased with their service, particularly under the current difficult circumstances (Coronavirus restrictions). I will continue to use them in the future.

Recently I visited Nevada Radio via their web page looking for a special filter for 6 meters, i am presently surprised how easy the web page was to navigate. After placing my order for two other items as well as the filter i then left the website, a confirmation e mail arrived shortly. Delivery was carried out by FedEx and arrived next day well packed and in good condition.

Great product but more expensive than other places. Caught by their trap and spent more thinking it will spare me time. Advertised to come with the latest firmware but old version delivered. Had to update myself. When sent an email to question it I was ignored!
Not going to make this mistake again!
