NEVER EVER will Purnia get another penny of my hard earned cash for their blatant disregard of thousands of people like myself, whose cats have become unwell from eating this crap.

Most of this year my boys were sick. I thought they were eating their food too fast and puking shortly afterwards, but it had nothing to do with the speed of their eating.

One of my boys lost 1/3 of his body weight and we thought he was on his last legs. He was skin and bones. Then we found thousands of other EXACTLY THE SAME anecdotes by people about their cats. THOUSANDS of them.

And from that day forward every item made by Purnia was binned.

And from that day forward both my cats are now a healthy weight, they are playful again, inquisitive and very happy.

And...from that day forward NEVER will I purchase a Prunia product again and I will spread the word about their crap food and disregard for cats and their owners.

I'm 72 years of age and I recently bought a box of Black Magic Chocolates - big mistake.
What a load of rubbish they now are!!
All the centres are virtually caramel, fudge & truffles.
What cream flavours there are lack flavour.
I used to buy the chocolates regularly many, many years ago, when you used to get 3 whole hazelnuts on a hard nougat base covered in dark chocolate and hand finished - wonderful!!
All the chocolates are now machine moulded with no hand finishing and with cheap centres.
Totally ruined by Nestle - never buying again, absolute rubbish!!
Sooner spend £30.00 on some decent chocolates than a Fiver on the junk produced by Nestle.
Would not recommend Black Magic chocolates to anybody.

Nesquik is teh drink which I like a lot like a kid. It tastes so good.

I assume this is the company that makes the coffee? I'm not a coffee drinker first and foremost, but do like your sachets of Irish Latte, which, at 8 for £1.50, is good. However, of the range of similar products, this one is the most likely to go missing on Morrisons shelves.

This happened the other day, so I saw the 'Three in One' range. It seems to come in 3 varieties (!), 1 Unsweetened 2 Sweetened 3 With Caramel. I like sweet drinks, so chose the red packed - the sweetened variety.

When I tried, it was as bitter as hell, and I could detect no hint of sweetness. I use articial sweeteners, so dropped a couple in, and it became more palatable.

Most companies are keen for feedback, and my philosophy is to praise whenever possible, but also comment on a perceived problem.

So I took the trouble to phone the Customer Careline on the packet, and spoke with a Nestlé representative.

I told her exactly as I have written here, and usually they will for dates on packets, barcodes, where and when purchased to report back to the relevant product control team. But, as far as I can recall, she asked me nothing about my packet, and certainly didn't even offer to refund the £1 it cost. I didn't ask for this, because you shouldn't have to. She was quite disinterested, and I think she said she might pass on my concern.

True, to add two sweeteners to a cup isn't going to bankrupt me, and it's no hardship. But, if I had wanted to do this in the first instant, I would bought the Unsweetened pack.

All she could say was that the coffee used in the Three in One range is stronger than some. I asked where this said this on the packet or sachet, and she had no answer, as it doesn't!

I'm not bothered about a refund, but it would seem here that Nestlé isn't particularly bothered either, about what its customers say, because it's too big to care.

Other similar UK and International companies leave Nestlé standing, in this important area. I really had the impression that she was filing her nails or something similarly vital, while I was talking to her! Years ago, Nestlé had a decent reputation. Not ant more, it would seem!

With all my heart there will never be a company more deserving of disdain than this. This is not just this branch but the wider Nestle network. Decent chocolate growing up but that doesn't compensate for all the slave labor, water withholding, pollution, ethical violations of human rights.

I have drunk Gold Blend since the 1980s but NO MORE. The lastest formulation is GROSS and the 'real coffee " left at the end - a nuisance . I watch the price drop and the amount sold in supermarket collapse . WHY? Please return to original formulation.

The water tastes so funny very metal tasting....compared to Evian not come across a water I dislike before very odd needs addressing seriously

Received a box of Dairy Milk as a gift, cannot believe the poor quality and disgusting poor quality ‘chocolate’. Dairy Box used to be a treat and made with far more care, now appear mass machine produced with some kind of chocolate type product that is shiny. Disgusting.

Have been using Nestle products since i can remember, and their delicious flavour is very addicting. Small price increase for a great happiness increase.

No response from customer service, contacted Nescafé via the website about product issue, however my correspondence was ignored. It’s pretty ridiculous that one of the biggest companies in the world have zero customer service and zero accountability for their products. Never got any acknowledgment from Nescafé nor any remedy for the product issue.

Why do you bother selling this Item? 3 toffees, 3 caramel cups, 3 triangles, 3 long toffees...then filled up with turds! everyone gave to kids the following Halloween!!
Reduced quality to make it cheap... bring back to big tins full of goodies that lasted the Christmas period instead ... you get more plastic box than sweets !

Maggi instant noodles.
When you retire you are more careful about how you spend your money. I usually buy four packs instant noodles this lasts me a couple of weeks. I went to my usual brand and noticed next to it MAGGI chicken flavour so I thought I would try those. When I got home I could have kicked myself there were only four packs in the bag. The rest of the instant noodle brands have five. It was not because MAGGI was better than the rest and each individual pack was one gram less. I did get onto MAGGI but they weren't bothered. The trap I fell into was the presentation format was the same and I should have put my glasses on for the detail.

Ice tea peach is my favorite drink. Especially because there no caffeine!

I am very grateful for your commitment to bring these tastes closer to us ordinary mortals

They never wrote me back when I emailed them about a question i had with their product....

Had a reason to complain about a product spent the time doing this to each time after proving I’m not a robot and pressing submit been told it would not be sent error then a code ! Great so now I’ve had a bad experience and I can’t even commit was only about a cereal but I was disappointed- their website send you around the houses ! Waste of my time and certainly not buying the cereal again not worth what I paid !

I bought 2 Jars of coffee nescafe original they both taste strange, contacted nestle 3 months ago and still no response.
Not good enough.

Don't waste your money on the new recipe Nescafe Gold boxed sachets. They have just replaced the older ones where each sachet had 19.5 content and the newer ones 15.5. They taste awful just like drinking warm water with coffee that taste stale and a little perfumey. Why on earth did they have to change something that I really enjoyed over many years. Rather have paid more for the original ones than these. Will not be purchasing anymore. Yuk
