Good value for the price but a few downsides
I tested the platform for a few days and I was initially impressed by the speed they provide for the low prices.

Here are, however, a few reasons why I eventually decided to not host with them:

1. They are not GDPR compliant, so you cannot legally host with them if you are living in the EU because they do not offer data centers in the EU (they have a London data center but since they left the EU, this is not sufficient anymore), they do not provide a Data Processing Agreement and are not willing to even fill a prewritten one, and lastly, they do not make any statements in their privacy policy about how they aim to comply with GDPR or that they comply with frameworks like the EU-US Privacy Shield. Its somewhat funny after laying out all these facts that they are very convinced that they are GDPR compliant despite the facts.

2. The support is quick but the way they communicate is very shallow. They do not make an extra effort to properly answer questions but choose the quickest possible way to answer your questions so that you have to really try hard to get a complete answer to you questions. Coming from cloudways, I can really tell the difference - and let's be honest: if you are searching for a managed wordpress provider, chances are that you are willing to pay a higher price specifically for having a quality support at your hands at all times.

3. They have a native speedoptimization plugin which breaks the site. Upon request to adjust certain features for my site, they told me that this was not possible which makes using their service impossible for certain websites that encounter problems. The optimization can also not be turned off.

4. They advertise to have AWS servers but when I wanted to test any of them, they are all "sold out" and are not accessible. On request they told me that this might change in the future.

Nestify support is the best in my experience with managed WordPress hosts. They are reliable, efficient, and capable. Also, compared to other managed WordPress hosting, Nestify hosting offers features that are options on most other hosts. In the long-run their hosting will definitely save you money and time. Probably the most consistent amazing help you could get from any technical help provider when it comes to the services they offer. Constantly impressing me with how great they are at what they do.
