I stayed in Edward's flat for 10 nights. It is an easily accessible apartment in a secure complex with a concierge. Comfortable & quiet; no noise from neighbours or exterior. Fast reliable wifi ~ tv includes Netflix access. Close to bus & train links for easy access to central London. Next to a Tesco mega supermarket ~ Marks & Spencer & Aldi supermarkets are nearby. Near to Streatham High Rd with plenty of local shops, restaurants, a cinema & leisure centre with an ice-rink. Streatham Common is within walking distance. The host was communicative & responsive ~ he provided detailed information before my stay. I felt at home in the apartment & would rebook in the future.

Our experience was truly great! The team/agents were helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated their support . Highly recommend!

Incredible location with bars, restaurants, parks and Emirates Stadium within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need. The host responded very quickly, and both check-in and check-out were very easy. I highly recommend this apartment and host

J'ai été locataire d'un logement Airbnb à Paris et géré par Nestify. Plusieurs problèmes se sont présentés.
1) J'ai récupéré les clés dans une conciergerie mais le badge ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai dû retourner récupérer un autre trousseau de clés. Ce problème a été réglé rapidement mais aurait pu largement être évité.
2) Le ménage a été mal fait. Une bonne partie de la vaisselle était répugnante. L'arrière de la cuvette des toilettes était immonde.
3) J'ai découvert 2 pièges à souris : un derrière les toilettes, un sous le canapé. Rien ne mentionnait cela dans l'annonce. On se demande bien qui a pu laisser cela dans l'appartement.
4) Une fuite d'eau derrière la cuvette des toilettes.
5) Lorsque j'ai fait réclamation, les réponses n'étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur.
6) L'annonce mentionnait la signature d'un bail mobilité. J'ai demandé qu'on m'envoie le bail et ils m'ont envoyé paître. En fait, c'est une fraude pour éviter l'enregistrement du logement et éviter d'appliquer le loyer encadré. Ils incitent ainsi les propriétaires qui leur font confiance à frauder.
Au final, une vraie catastrophe et une très mauvaise expérience !

The apartment’s location is perfect—right next to a beautiful park where you can enjoy peaceful walks and kids can have a great time. The host was amazing and very responsive. The apartment was spotless, and the building felt very secure. Having peace of mind about where you stay makes all the difference, and this place made our vacation truly wonderful

It was awesome, the flat was awesome, very clean and everything you need or you might need was there. Tower Bridge was like in the corner so the location was perfect. I stayed alone but even If you are two people you can stay very comfortably use there

A beautiful home which was very clean and spacious with a lovely garden out the back. We enjoyed the walk to the tube with some great cafes on the way. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with a helpful and prompt host.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, the area felt safe and pleasant, and the location was super convenient with easy transport connections. Communication was smooth, and the Airbnb is located in a calm area, close to the Overground station, which takes just 20 minutes to reach the center of London.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, even for a long-term stay. There are many supermarkets nearby, as well as cozy coffee shops and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our time in the apartment and plan to come back in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in this Primrose Hill flat! It is a very cute, walkable area - near the Zoo, a few parks, local restaurants, coffee shops etc. We happened to be there during the tube strike so we didn't get to use the local tube station unfortunately. Fair warning - the largest bed is really a full to me ( american). Great homebase and lovely design! We had great communications with the host and her clear instructions. The patio and washer was an added plus!! Home also had child friendly items like high chair and baby gates! Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, extrêmement bien placé, tout peut se faire à pieds tout en étant situé dans un endroit calme et paisible. Très bon échange avec les hôtes.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Städte Tripp. Man befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt und kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Check-in/Check-out hat problemlos funktioniert und auch die Kommunikation mit Geoffrey lief einbahnfrei!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. We had a happy stay. We stayed at this company's house for a week. Everything was spotless when we arrived. All details about the accommodation were provided to us before we arrived. We checked in on our own. The house was fully equipped with kitchenware. We cooked and ate our own meals every day. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven. It also had all the necessary electrical appliances for a comfortable life. Upon checkout, the cleaning staff arrived and began preparing the house for the next visitor.

Worst management company ever.

False advertising, poor response rates.

Best and perfect option for who are looking Studio in Discovery Gardens.

The host was very helpful and the place was very clean and well kept.

The flat was beautiful, Primrose Hill is a quite, very nice area. Communication from the host was timely and useful.
