Best place I’ve stayed

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb. The property was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the space welcoming and well thought out.

The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the stay. Check-in was easy and smooth, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). The location was perfect and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, this was a 5-star stay from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality place to stay, and I would happily book again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

6 weeks in London with Nestify

We stayed at a nestify property for 6 weeks in London and it was great! They were very clear in all instructions and very communicative throughout. The property was sparkling clean and had every amenity one could want. They truly thought of everything!

Hosts Beware

Our experience with Nestify was extremely disappointing. After a strong onboarding with Samantha Gayadheen and Georgia Estañero, service quickly deteriorated when passed over to the management team.

Once live, communication declined significantly under our assigned manager, Zaakira Isaacs. Emails went unanswered, responses to serious issues including a reported open front door were slow, and overpriced cleaning fees made us uncompetitive. We had zero bookings in January despite being told “dynamic pricing” was working.

They do not have local representatives in Edinburgh, which became very apparent. Issues that a local manager could resolve quickly instead took days, adding unnecessary risk and frustration. Operational basics were repeatedly missed, including bookings made in unavailable periods, compliance checks not covered, rubbish left for us to deal with, and houseplants left to die. Concerns were met with excuses rather than solutions.

We live in the property but go away for months at a time. When we did not immediately confirm future availability dates, the agreement was terminated and we were pursued for early termination fees. David Lacey handled the matter by enforcing penalties rather than addressing the documented service failures. A good management company would focus on improving service, not threatening contractual penalties when legitimate concerns are raised.

Hosts in Edinburgh should read the negative host reviews carefully and not be persuaded by positive guest reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, as they do not reflect the owner experience.

We would strongly advise other hosts to look elsewhere.

Apologies that the service did not meet your expectations.

We do however have to point out that your representation of the situation is not entirly accurate. Communication records were reviewed, and barring one message sent during the annual leave of your account manager, all other communication was prompt and within expected standards. Every issue was addressed in a reasonable time frame, but at times you were unwilling to accept the evidence. We will not go into each issue in this response, but the front door is a perfect example, our team had video evidence of it being locked, but you disputed this, so we sent a team member to verify in person.

Lastly, we must dispute the nature of the termination you have portrayed, our team repeatedly over many weeks tried to confirm your position, as you had implied that you were terminating. Yet, no matter how it was approached you could not provide a clear answer, meaning operationally we could not open your calendar, and could not identify when or if it might be reopened. It was this breakdown of communication and inability to arrive at a way forward that led to the termination.

The owner has extremely good taste

The owner has extremely good taste, the house is so well decorated, and I stayed with Inez for two month and have the best time there!
The view was breathtaking, and the vibe in the house are just ten out of ten😭
Is definitely my dream apartment design, the art work in the house too amazing, all the facility and kitchen tool are very new and perfect

Perfect Cannes apartment for a long or short stay

I stayed here for about a month in December 2025 and I fell in love with the apartment. I even tried to rent it for my friend who was coming to Cannes a few weeks later but it was already booked. The apartment is clean and bright, equipped with everything you need, and the host is responsive and gracious. I loved the huge balcony overlooking a private courtyard and how the bedroom was set back enough from the dining room it gave a sense of privacy. There was even a couch to serve as a mini living room, something most studios don't have. The bathroom and kitchen were very new and updated, which is hard to find here since a lot of the buildings are older. I highly recommend staying here and it's comfortable for one or two people.

Gute Zeit in London

Schöne, saubere 2-Zimmerwohnung, innerhalb 5 Minuten zwei U-Bahn Stationen zu erreichen. Viele Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Restaurants direkt in der Straße. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kommunikation und Flexibilität vom Vermieter sehr gut. Würde die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

L’appartamento era pulito

L’appartamento era pulito, moderno e comodo, il bagno era pulito con una doccia ampia e comoda. Abbiamo comodamente soggiornato in 6, anche la cucina dotata di fornelli, microonde e forno é utile se si vuole cenare a casa. Il proprietario ha gestito tutto col self check-in, é stato molto gentile e ha spiegato in modo chiaro come ritirare le chiavi, come raggiungere l’appartamento e per spiegare come utilizzare i servizi, risponde velocemente ai messaggi. L’appartamento è a pochi passi da tutte le bellezze di Dublino, si può anche fare a meno dei mezzi pubblici

Carina - you are a unbelievable!

I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us through finding my first place in Dubai. From day one, Carina has been professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive, taking so much of the stress off my shoulders. She has always been available to answer questions, kept me informed at every step, and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. From booking to check out-everything went smoothly. I had a few questions that were immediately answered. Communication was quick and thorough. The flat was perfect for the months stay. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The area is walkable. We did not have a car. Getting around was easy. I will stay again

Landlords Nestify is best to drive you crazy and loose money

I was a landlord and Nestify managed my properties. They promised high returns and great management. I lost more than 100000 AED in a year. And they contact me for the smallest things. They even rent out a 2 bedroom apartment for 40 % of the market value at the peak time. New year where entire Dubai is full they manage to get low occupation. Worst Holiday home company in Dubai. Will never work them

From the outset, our approach was to manage your properties transparently using real-time market data. While initial estimates were based on the best information available at the time, market performance shifted during the management period across certain unit types and seasons.

Regarding the two-bedroom pricing, although October–April is generally considered peak season in Dubai, demand fluctuates within that period. Early December is typically a softer window before rates rise again over Christmas and peak at New Year. The pricing applied reflected live market conditions and comparable listings at the time, ensuring it remained competitive and accurately positioned.

We also recognise that frequent communication can feel excessive; however, this was driven by the high volume of maintenance matters requiring approvals so that you remained informed and in control of decisions.

Nestify: honest and trustworthy re: London letting

We are quite pleased with Nestify’s letting agent arranging a student rental for the 2026-2027 academic year in London. He has been responsive in communicating by email, explaining yhe wishes of the owner, and arranging paperwork. Nestify’s London options have fairly good descriptions and photos, and recent videos were sent. Renting a place without seeing it in oerson requires trust: There is every indication Nestify can be trusted. Tjeir website is also informative about renting in Londin.
