We purchased a small Nestera ground coop roughly a month ago. While the design is very good, we have had a number of issues: The coop door gets stuck when opening and closing; the perch we were sent does not have holes drilled in it to allow you to secure it in place; the automatic door opener/closer does not attach to the coop properly; and we were supplied one incorrect part. This could all be resolved if Nestera customer services were available to speak to, but despite calling and emailing, I have not been able to get hold of anyone.

Purchased their Bird house with camera and solar panel for a little over $300. Had technical problems every so often that required some work and then finally had major issues with the battery keeping its charge recently. I used the item for 1 bird season. Reached out to customer service looking for help and was told its out of warranty. I was looking for a solution, perhaps buying a new camera or solar panel but they offered none of these options. Disappointed but will purchase a more reputable brand in the future.

Ordered my coop on Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday. My husband built the coop with ease. It looks amazing and is super spacious and sturdy. I did call on the Tuesday morning to ask when the delivery was expected as I hadn’t received a shipment notification. To my surprise it was already sat at my back door (I was at work when they delivered) Nestera customer service were absolutely lovely on the phone. Never spoken to such a happy customer service person before. The lady sent me a proof of delivery so I could see it was delivered.
Can’t wait for my chickens to arrive in a couple of days and live happily in the coop. Would 100% recommend Nestera.

Wir haben seit einem Jahr den Wagon und sind sehr zufrieden. Schaut gut aus, ist super einfach zu reinigen und notfalls auch zu desinfizieren. Das geht sogar mit dem Hochdruckreiniger wenn nötig. Hatten bisher keinen Milbenbefall. Die Hühnerschar wächst und wächst. Deshalb habe ich heute einen zweiten Hühnerstall von Nestera bestellt, allerdings in einer anderen Ausführung. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir auch mit diesem zufrieden sein werden!
By the way: Ich lese immer wieder davon, dass nach isolierten/gedämmten Ställen gesucht wird und das Leute das Fehlen eben so einer Ausstattung bei Nestera als Kritikpunkt aufführen. Eine Dämmung ist nicht nur unnötig sondern kann sogar schädlich sein. Hühner sind bis -15 Grad kälteresistent solang sie zugluftgeschützt sind. Also bitte erstmal richtig informieren bevor man unberechtigt Kritik ins Netz setzt. Alles richtig gemacht Nestera 😉

I bought a nestera ground small in april 24. The door is not functioning, it gets stuck every time it has to close. I already received spare parts to fix it but the problem still occures.
I contacted nestera with the demanded pictures and video's and still no answer.
I bought a coop that I can't use for 9 months because it's unreliable. And nothing happens.

25 year guarantee but even problems in the first year don't get solved!

Worst of all they are so expensive!

I want a new coop to replace the faulty one. Im sick of waiting on customersservice.

Really pleased with the coop, easy to put together, had the large one which took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to assemble, great customer service and speedy responses to my emails, definitely recommend and use them again.

Placed order for 3 sets of Teak wood utensils for Christmas presents. Site says shipped Dec 6, Go into the tracking it says, waiting for carrier pickup. I have sent 3 expedites and only get a form letter response. Even after I sent the 3rd asking them not to send a form letter. It is now Dec 23rd nothing arrived, no idea whats happening. I am anticipating this is a fraudulent company and I got ripped off !!. will wait a few more weeks before going to credit company for refund

Le poulailler est très bien, mais il est plus petit qu'attendu. J'ai donc envoyé des mails pour faire un retour. Je n'ai toujours pas de réponse après 6 jours. Le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas, ça raccroche immédiatement. Aucun moyen de contacter Nestera, on est donc loin des promesses faites sur le site...

Le service est particulièrement attentif aux clients et ultra réactif.
Franchement, je recommande à tout le monde.

Commande reçue le 29/11/24, je l'ai monté ce 08/12/2024. Si ce n'est la porte qui est absente du colis (j'ai contacté le SAV suite à ce soucis), la qualité est impeccable et le montage super simple.
J'attends donc la pièce manquante afin d'être satisfait à 100%.

Pièces manquantes, trou pas fait. La qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous du prix. Et comme tout se passe via internet et que les boites sont énormes, les retours sont compliqués ! Passez votre chemin.

Déçu du SAV porte automatique
Quelques semaines après avoir acheté mon poulailler la porte automatique a commencé à ne plus se fermer En effet avec le froid et l’humidité de l’hiver la porte métallique a tendance à se coller sur la paroi plastique.
Après en avoir informé à plusieurs reprises le SAV nestara pour un remboursement car la porte ne fonctionne pas correctement
Celui ci me dit qu’il ne peut rien faire étant donné que je dépasse les 30 jours pour une quelconque réclamation
Voilà 170€ à la poubelle

Haven't set it up yet, called them to return because £50 off on black Friday deals. They said no need to return and order another one, they refunded the £50 for me. Now that's great customer service. Answered phone straight away. Lady was so helpful and professional. Wil look forward to installing it and confident if any issues their tech team are a call away. Highly recommend.

We hebben een Penthouse L gekocht en het is MEER dan zijn geld waard. Ik ben heel blij met mijn hok. Het is heel ruim, zitten nu 10 legkippen in, maar er is zeker nog plaats. De achterwand kan er af waardoor ik met mijn kippenschep overal bij kan zonder last in mijn rug. En als het eens grondig moet gereinigd worden, heel makkelijk met de tuinslang of hogedruk. Het is ook snel droog. Het staat ook zeer stabiel. Ik ondervind geen nadelen.
En ook een topservice. Als je een vraagje hebt, heb je binnen de paar minuutjes al een antwoord :-)

I already have a Green Frog coop ( I think former name for Nestera) and really pleased with it. Great product, well made and so easy to ciean. So I decided to order larger one impressed with the prompt delivery as I live in a remote area. In my opinion the best recycled plastic coop you can buy and to top that have a 25 year guarantee ! Also great customer service Thank you. Just a wee thought, the perches would be good if they were of a plastic material too for easy cleaning.

Ich fand das aussehen des Stalles sehr schön. Auch die Reinigung von Kunstoffställen ist eine super gute Sache. Leider hatte ich mir aber einen stabileren Stall vorgestellt. Sind nur ein paar Millimeter dicke Platten und die Dämmung darin kann ich auch nicht so wirklich erkennen. Er geht leicht zusammen zu bauen und soweit alle Teile zusammen passen, ist das auch alles soweit in Ordnung. Leider hat man uns das Dach mit den anscheinend alten Aussparungen für die Befestigung geliefert. Die geringfügige Verbesserung, wie Nestera das nennt, hat jetzt zur Folge, dass das Dach auch nur gering befestigt ist, mit den 4 Aussparungen die passen. Die restlichen 4 sind halt offen und leer. Leider hat man gemeint, dass wir halt ein bisschen drücken müssen, dann würde das passen. Wir sind zwar nicht talentfrei, aber fester Kunststoff lässt sich trotzdem nicht um ca. 3cm in jede Richtung verschieben, da ist nix zu machen. Wir warten jetzt schon eine Woche auf die Antwort vom Techniker! Beweisfotos haben das ganze nicht klären können. Für meinen Geschmack ist der Stall zu teuer für die Leistung, da man auch noch die läppische Kostschale extra kaufen muss. Für 60€ hatte ich eine andere Erwartung. Sollte ich mir wieder einmal einen Stall kaufen, werde ich mir einen zweiten Omlet kaufen, der hält alles was er verspricht. Super gedämmt und keine unnötigen Extras, die eigentlich im Stall sein sollten.

J'ai commandé 2 poulaillers larges avec bacs pour fientes et porte automatique. Le poulailler est de qualité, facile à monter et super pour le nettoyage et bien sécurisé contre les prédateurs.
Le service client est irréprochable. J'ai du retourné un des poulaillers car finalement je n'en ai pas eu besoin. Le retour s'est fait rapidement ainsi que le remboursement. Le SC répond rapidement est à l'écoute et suit le dossier.
Je recommande à 100% Nestera, tant pour les produits de qualité que du service clients.

Problemen gehad met de verzending. 1e kippenhok is verloren gegaan door de courier. Nieuw kippenhok toegezonden gekregen + mooie compensatie gekregen! Dienst na verkoop was super. Zeer tevreden van dit bedrijf en het kippenhok.
