Hi, We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the item. As with all our adverts, the products are described as per the manufacturers guidelines. The sink is advertised as manufactured from a strong SMC composite material, followed by a detailed breakdown of the materials used to build this. We also confirm SMC is a synthetic resin. We do not feel the item was mis-represented in any way.

Delivered next day after ordering, unfortunately the sink had obviously been returned by another customer since the tap hole had been punched through on the wrong side for us. However after a quick phone call they sorted it out and refunded our payment.
The tap we ordered at the same time was fine and of a good quality and price.

Great customer service
Really quick dispatch, ordered Monday received Tuesday, unfortunately they sent there wrong sink, it was picked incorrectly. No problem, new sink dispatched same day and exchanged with incorrect sink next day.
The agent was more than happy to sort the issue and was determined to make the delivery cutoff whilst we were talking on the phone to ensure I would get the new sink next day, which was great as I did.

Mixed experience. But staff were helpful.
Excellent ordering and delivery syste,was simple and very quick (next day delivery).
But image on website was not accurate, suggested the product was the SilkSteel Tap that I was after, although description stated Chrome which was what was delivered.
No help with Return. Had to do it all myself and my cost. Seems to me that something is missing from a customer care perspective in an on-line shopping experience.

Sink turned up damaged but is a fundamental part of my work so had to be fitted as workmen were on site.
Although the service was good and a speedy delivery. Pictures available of the sink. Box didn't look damaged

I am terribly sorry to hear the item arrived with you in a damaged condition. I have tried to call to discuss the matter further but to no avail.
Upon reviewing our records, I cannot see that we have had any correspondence from yourself regarding the damage, in order to give us the opportunity to rectify the issue for you.
I fully understand the frustration of receiving a damaged item and this is not the experience we want our customers to have.
In the event of such instances, that cannot always be avoided, we aim to resolve as quickly as possible to ensure the minimal amount of inconvenience to our customers.

Nice quality sink at a good price. Came with waste pipe pack which is great. Packaged well and arrived in 1st rate condition. Received a Christmas discount and delivery was next day (which it did), so super quick, for a very sensible delivery charge. Very impressed with the service from Nesstar. First rate!

Fantastic customer service
Immediate dispatch and uses proper delivery methods to ensure quick delivery(overnight to Highlands of Scotland). Unfortunately sink had unseen damage upon arrival, notified Nesstar and replacement sent out within half an hour, no quibbles, replacement received next day, all done in 48hrs. Good you ask for more?

I ordered a Franke tap which I didn’t seem able to
purchase from anyone else they were all out of
stock. It arrived the next day free of postage. So

Highly Recommend
The sink did not fit as the bowl was too big. This was outside the 30 day returns policy, however, I contacted Nesstar and purchased another sink to fit and they were happy for me to return the original sink and gave me a full refund.
