Commande passé depuis novembre et depuis pas de réponse de mes 2 commande passée il y en a en tout pour plus de 100€.ce site est une arnaque

Würde hier nie wieder kaufen!
Habe 2 saxhen vorbestellt und es mir anders überlegt da der Versand soooo lange gedauert habe und ich es schneller und günstiger in Deutschland bekommen habe. Pro Figur 20€ Aufpreis !!!! Generell sind die meisten Produkte dort viel teurer als wo anders habe ich erst später gemerkt. Habe 5 Mails geschrieben und habe immer noch keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden.
Versand kostet 11€, rückversand muss der Käufer übernehmen und pro Artikel werden dann nochmal Gebühren verrechnet. Als ich darum gebeten hatte nicht vorhandene Produkte also meine Vorbestellung zu stornieren habe ich erstmal als Antwort bekommen dass ich nur einen Gutschein bekomme womit ich auxh einverstanden war. Allerdings wusste ich nicht ob das für den online Shop oder den echten Shop in Griechenland gilt. Was soll ich mit einer Gutschrift für den Shop in Griechenland ich lebe in Deutschland. Als ich mich bereit erklärt hatte die Gutschrift zu nehmen Kam dass es wohl doch nicht geht? Die E-Mails sind so unverständlich und ich hoffe dass ich das Problem mit Hilfe von Paypal lösen kann. Seit einer Woche renne ich hinterher und es nervt nur noch. Als würde man einen Vertrag fürs Leben unterschrieben wo man nicht mehr raus kommt. Wer hier ein mal bestellt, der kann kein Geld zurück erwarten. Für eine internationale Seite echt unmöglich habe so viel vom Ausland bestellt und nirgends hab es solche Probleme. Wenn man mal bedenkt dass es ein EU Land ist … wirklich unmöglich

It was an alright experience. I preordered a figur and a few days after the release day i got an email saying my product would be shipped. After 1 week i messaged them, they replied and than started to ship my figur, a week later it arrived with no damage! So all in all okay.

No compréis nunca en pre-order. Tardará una eternidad y siempre llegan cajas dañadas. Te dan un miserable descuento del 10% de la figura y se lavan las manos.
Jamás volveré a comprar en su tienda. Lamentables experiencias y nefasto servicio al cliente.

Son unos ladrones. Realicé un pedido de unos productos en preorder. Al cabo de 7 meses de espera, y casualmente justo al acabar el periodo de protección de paypal, me escriben para cancelar mi pedido porque no hay stock y el producto no va a llegar. Me dicen que me reembolsarían el dinero (+100€), pero pasan los meses y el dinero nunca llega. Da igual si les escribes mil veces. Solo te dan largas y te dicen que lo pasarán al departamento de cuentas; pero nunca hacen nada, y mucho menos te devuelven el dinero.
Nunca compréis aquí, sobre todo productos en reserva, porque os van a robar el dinero.

El año pasado realicé un pedido. Esperando varios meses me comunican que vivo en una zona remota y que los gastos de envío asciendo a 40€.
Les comunico que me parece excesivos y que quiero la devolución de 57'10€.
Llevo más de 6 meses enviando correos. Me contestan que han pasado la incidencia al departamento de cuentas.
NO COMPREIS A NERDOM NADA.
Se quedan con tu dinero. Voy a intentar reclamar a Mastercard.

Casi un año esperando para recibir un pedido, dándome largas por un producto preorder que no les llegaba. Así que les pido que me envíen el resto y cancelar solo ese producto, me dicen que OK y que me devolverán el dinero.... pero en vez de darme el dinero, me dan un vale o cheque para comprar en su web alegando ahora que no pueden devolverme el dinero (???). Y ese vale no me sirve de nada, porque si pido algo nuevo me toca volver a pagar el envío... que es casi el mismo importe que el vale. Una tomadura de pelo, ya no solo por el dinero perdido si no por las explicaciones contradictorias, fechas incumplidas, mails sin respuesta, etc. Web nada recomendable.

Llevo un año para recibir mi pedido.
Leen mis mensajes de Instagram y no me contestan
No me envían nada
No me devuelven mi dinero +250€

Al final, terminaré denunciándoles.
Se me acaba la paciencia, pocos clientes hay como yo. He esperando pacientemente y he gastado mucho dinero. Dudo que haya clientes como yo.

Es vergonzoso que pedí 24 unidades aproximadamente de funko pops misteriosos (que no sabes lo que viene adentro), y de 24 sólo había una variedad de unos 4 modelos diferentes. Les debería dar verguenza, a pesar de ser modelos "mystery box funko pop" esta todo explicitamente pensado para que te vengan los peores modelos y repetidos! Además, si alguno te viene roto o en mal estado, olvidate de devoluciones o descuentos importantes.

Commande modifier sans mon accord, reçu qu’une seule partie, et maintenant plus de 2 semaines après réception, toujours aucun remboursement des articles manquants, et pas de réponse à mes messages comme d’habitude

If products arrive damaged, do not expect a refund, even partial, or a coupon.
For weeks they have been making fun of me .. they even offered to send me back (at my expense) but the address was false .. thank goodness I had searched on maps and I saved 22 € and the loss of pops.
Nothing to do with others .. light years away from today's services!
Never again!

Spediscono male e non rimborsano. Paypal fa defecare uguale. Un'associazione a delinquere.

Stay away from this business and look elsewhere.
I have an order I've place in February that is still pending - tried several times to reach out to Nerdom - at first they said that I was only missing an item and was about to arrive it the next few weeks (Aug) - then they claimed another item is missing - and now they are also ignoring my messages. Do yourselves a favor and don't do the same mistake I've done - find other reputable sellers - after a whole year of waiting for my items which are now probably sold out elsewhere I have to open up a dispute with Paypal.
