Neon Vibes® Recenzje

I LOVE MY STATEMENT NEON BEAUTY!! Thank you Neon Vibes®.

My own gorgeous custom neon, made just for me. It is absolutely beautiful and really brings my home office to life. Such a fab reminder to me every day to ‘See the good’. And it’s also a gorgeous backdrop to my zoom calls.

From designing to ordering to delivery Neon were just brilliant. The sign for our bar is just what we wanted. Can’t praise them enough!

This is our 4th sign received from neon vibes. Great customer service, fabulous product, speedy safe delivery! Thank you for another great job xx

Beautiful sign, I am so excited to put it in my garden salon when it’s done. Packaged to perfection with a few little touches thrown in. Amazing company. I will defo be recommending your brand to others :)

A great service and really high quality product. It was well packed and included easy to use instructions. Delighted!

Excellent service and although I haven’t got my sign in situ yet, it looks great lit up.

Really helpful on the phone. Fantastic quality. Made very quickly too.

Really awesome customer service. One of our lights which we were really happy with fell off our wall after 7 months due to the command strips drying out... Neon vibes confirmed they will replace the light and also look into the issue with the command strips. Next time we'll be fixing it with screws. A little warning to others, go for the screws rather than the supplied strips.

Excellent service and customer service from this lovely business .
Thrilled with my purchase .

Great advice and service.

Very pleased.

I wasn't receiving many updates regarding my delivery online and wouldn't have if I didn't call in but once I did they were so nice and helpful and the product is really high quality and exactly what I wanted I highly recommend :)

Excellent product and quality, really please with my purchase..

Great service, lovely new Neon Light. Thanks!

Had a very specific custom sign that i wanted to buy for my partner. Just sent the team some pictures of what i wanted and within the following morning Mick from the customer team came back to me with a design which was perfect and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with sign. Efficicient delivery and good communication throughout.

Amazing product! I love my new personalised neon light for my new home beauty salon! It’s just beautiful and the process of designing ordering and delivery was seamless! The communication on the ‘assembling and delivery’ process was fantastic and I always felt like I knew what was happening and when to expect! The quality of the item is beautiful!

Excellent company. Kept in touch through the whole process and I’m so happy with the light.
Would definitely recommend

I have been looking for that unique piece of LED/Neon art to finish off our newly decorated front room and Neon Vibes didn't disappoint.

Having a good look through their extensive catalogue of lights I couldn't quite find what I was after, so after a quick enquiry email I received an email back advising they could create what I had in mind. This email came through very quickly and the team seemed genuinely excited to create something for me.

After a few email's detailing what I had in mind I received an email from Mick with a mock up image of the design, wow!

Once I saw this mock up I couldn't wait to see it! I greenlit the design and straight away straight away received my confirmation email.

That is what these guys do well, they communicate every step of the way, the best email was the dispatch email!

When the light arrived it was extremely well packaged, took me 10minutes to get all the wrapping off! My 5 year old son loves rolling around in the bubble wrap!!

You can hang the light either with screwe, holes are pre drilled on the signs base, or hang with the supplied command strips, I over cautious so went with both.

The sign comes supplied with everything you need to mount, install and power it. The easy to follow instruction manual tells you step by step how to get your light ready.

Our came with a dimmer switch option, again easy to follow instructions made this a breeze to install.

It now hung on our wall and I have shown everyone who comes to the house, ive sent loads of pics to friends and family, and plastered it all over my socials!

I cannot recommend Neon Vibes enough. Their professional, yet friendly customer service and communication has made me feel looked after from the very moment I first spoke to them. Their extensive range of products is awesome, but the fact they can design what you want to me is a winner!

Great company to design your needs, great service prompt in delivery, had 3 signs made now, im a very happy customer, thanks guys
