Matt Ambrose really is a credit to the company, a great rep who doesn't push to sell you a cruise but is very informative, giving great advice and amazing prices, so much cheaper then booking direct. Jack Kay the boss of need that cruise is also brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are always available 24/7 to answer any questions. Just had my cruise booked with Darren and was so easy and quick to do, Darren helped get me an upgrade and next to nothing that I was originally quoted on a site. Very patient with me as I had to keep going back and forth between friends for details and agreements. To conclude, Darren is an absolute saint and has made this the best booking I have ever done, would recommend him and use him again each and every time.

Well what can I say that hasn’t already been said. Matt, as usual, gave me an exceptional price for our cruise and I’m sure can’t be beaten. Always there to answer all my questions and believe me I had a lot. So now with several cruises booked, a note to myself to stop looking at NTC postings because their prices are irresistible! 🤣🤣

Was recommended this company as haven't been on a cruise before and was finding it all very confusing! Contacted them last weekend (bank.holiday) so wasn't expecting acl response but Carla was straight on it for us and now we are all booked on a 7 day cruise along the rhine next April for much less than I thought it was going to cost us. Carla has been super efficient and looked after us so well, mum has a wheelchair so had lots of additional questions ....can't recommend this company enough!
