We booked a cruise with Leanne who was amazing and she got the cruise so much cheaper than we could get it elsewhere and with a great cabin. A very simple and smooth booking process which included a linked booking as we travelled with friends. Leanne was on hand to answer any questions we had and I would highly recommend her to others .

We booked our first cruise with need that cruise yesterday and what can I say we are so impressed with the service. Richard Hayden has been fantastic, we have been in contact for the last couple of weeks trying to book but had some issues with msc on a solo cabin but this didn’t stop Richard trying to sort it for us.
Richard is very friendly, polite, knowledgable and fast at replying. We are so happy with the savings he gave us and so pleased we booked with need that cruise. The customer closer vice is top notch.

As a rule I book direct but find MSC Cruise Lines Customer Services difficult to work with, so when I saw Need That Cruise on Facebook offering massive discounts I gave them a go.
Just returned from my third booking with them and can only sum up their service in one word MAGNIFICANT!
Matt Ambrose our Consultant, is not only knowledgeable ( unlike msc Consultants who do not know the product) he is friendly and never makes us feel pressure to book. He is a credit to the team.
Need That Cruise is a small but expanding Company with all the legal requirements of the big boys. The after sales service is amazing and something I've never experienced before after any holiday purchase.

Usually one to book trips independently; our once in a lifetime trip on safari needed the oversight of a company to offer me some reassurance. Darren was simply awesome - he was patient, helped get the best price, understood when things needed to change, was understanding and hands down found us the perfect package for me and my boys.
