My friends and family complimented me on the dress. I bought 2 dresses bec I couldn’t figure out what to wear bec both were equally beautiful. I just had to decide based on length: midi or gown. It was really beau and the colors were very nice too ! Always and forever satisfied with your dresses.

A great company to deal with
A great company - easy to deal with. I ordered 3 dresses to try for my wedding. Ended up sending the 3 back, but then reordering one of them in a smaller size, Fast delivery , easy to communicate with.
Amazing quality and felt amazing on the day in the dress. If only I was getting married again I would defo order again from Needle & Thread.

Poor packaging
The package came in from the DHL box, the item however is only wrapped in the paper without any other sealed bags, for a such expensive cloth, the packaging quality is extremely poor.

Feel like a princess
Size range is inclusive, measurements are true to size, the gowns are so beautiful and I got so many compliments wearing the comet gown. The postage was super quick as well, I'm really happy with the whole experience.

I am having trouble returning.
I ordered the dress in red, Easy to order, it arrived quickly and it was very beautiful, charming and well-crafted. I loved the details of the elegant embroidery on the soft tulle and the ruffles in it were somewhat coarse tulle, which made it stand up and more elegant and luxurious. The fabric was generous from the bottom and very wide to the point that I wanted to hold its end and spin like a child. The designer’s wonderful fingers are safe, but I faced a problem with the size, as it is very small and narrow, and I want a larger size than it. I did not find the return page and I do not know how to request a return, so please help me as soon as possible.

Whenever I emailed when I had questions everyone was very quick to respond. I ordered my wedding dress and when I opened the box I was crying. The lace and the fabrics of the dress were so delicate and beautiful. I can’t wait to wear my dress for my special day.

No customer service! Have spent 2 days trying to order…
Have spent 2 days trying to order dresses for my wedding! Unable to use try before you buy but says I can’t order. Tried ordering and paying in full upfront, won’t accept payment. Contacted both customer services and harpers to find out the reasons why, and have also rung to be told it’s being looked into? ! Very disappointed and now looks like I will have to go elsewhere for my wedding dress
