A flawless experience. The Needle & Thread wedding dress try-on service was seamless from start to finish with beautifully packaged gowns, true-to-size fits, and the chance to try everything calmly at home made all the difference. We ended up buying two dresses for my daughter’s wedding; both in a non-formal, romantic style she had been looking for.

A huge disappointment
I made a special visit to Kings Road N and T. Staying overnight in a hotel. I was looking for a Mother of the Groom dress.
There were a couple of customers when we went in with them spending quite some time in the 2 changing rooms - 3rd dressing room was full of boxes apparently
So I spoke to a SA showing her online dresses I was interested in. Only 2 available! Out of about 7. Very disappointed.
Then all service disappeared when another customer arrived. I was left alone with the 2 dresses to try on that i couldn’t zip up in an outer room with no mirror. It just was not professional. Then we were ignored and I gave up.
It was such a waste of time and what I thought would be a pleasant experience turned into a huge disappointment. I expected more of N and T.

My experience was excellent. Very fast delivery and the quality of the dress is outstanding. I have been looking for the perfect wedding dress for quite awhile with no luck. I have found most dresses are not made well, smell like chemicalsl and did not live up to the pictures and description that were on line. I am thrilled with my dress, it just needs a few simple alterations to fit my height. I am 5'3" and I think the dress is made for taller women. Other than that, I have no doubt this is "the one"!!

I love all of the dresses, however they are not for everyone as will make you look a little bit fluffier. So if you want to look slim or you are low esteem person like me, you would probably want les tutu type ;)

Great fit + excellent craftsmanship
Try before you buy option was easy and so helpful! The dresses arrived so quickly and return process was seamless! Dresses were beautifully packaged and well crafted. I am very pleased with the customer service experience and the quality of every dress I tried. Dresses all fit like a glove and we’re so flattering (fit is true to size, I’m 5’10, 150lbs approx and went with size 10). Cannot wait to wear the dress I chose on my wedding day!

Great non traditional and romantic bridalwear
Beautiful designs for dresses and accessories; fast delivery. Great sale price for a cape to co-ordinate with a vintage N&T dress for my wedding in August. Asked the chatbot if the champagne colours are complementay but as usual AI does not give any direct answers. Watch out for the sizing and long length of skirts (not every girl is size 10 and 5'10 as the models are and wearing 4" heels).
