Five Star service and beautiful dresses
My daughter and I had a wonderful afternoon choosing her wedding dress at the London store. From making the arrangements via email, to trying on her extensive selection of dresses, making her final choice and then finishing with a glass of bubbly, the whole experience was perfect! The staff (especially Fifi) were exceptional and made it a truly memorable afternoon. The dress itself is exquisite and I can’t wait to see my daughter in it on her wedding day.

SO many good things to say!! Where to start??
1.) shipping/packaging - I’m in France and the parcel came within 2 days! Packaged beautifully, 5 stars for speed.
2.) dress - got the Anaïs ballerina dress for my upcoming May wedding and WOW! I have zero regrets, it is absolutely breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve ever tried on before. It makes me feel SO beautiful and elegant. It also feels so unique. Very comfortable as well.
3.) Fit - it fits me like a glove but I had to size up. I’m glad I reached out to one of the brides they use for social media marketing who wore the same dress and she gave me amazing advice about the fit. I am larger/curvier but I have a very petite friend who also used this brand for her wedding and she had to size up. On the website it says true to size but that wasn’t my experience. Obviously it depends on unique body shapes but worth noting.
I can’t speak to durability as I haven’t worn it out yet but so far I’m over the moon.

Wonderful experience for Mother of the Bride dress
Last Friday we visited the Needle & Thread store on the King's Road Chelsea. We were greeted by a friendly young lady. I explained that I was looking for a Mother of the Bride dress. There were so many beautiful dresses. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were so helpful. The young lady even made me and my husband a cup of tea. I can honestly say it was a lovely experience and I managed to find the perfect dress. I was honestly spoilt for choice. Thank you to Needle & Thread. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Mother of the bride dress
My daughter’s wedding is in July and I’ve been looking for months for something special that isn’t a traditional Mother of the Bride dress. I used the Try before you buy and ordered 4 dresses. They arrived the next day. All 4 were beautiful and we decided on one that was perfect. It’s a stunning dress - beautifully embroidered and embellished and I’m so looking forward to wearing it. I returned the other 3 dresses and after 5 days was charged for the one dress I’ve kept. Thank you for providing a fantastic service.

There was so much choice
There was so much choice, so I decided to try before you buy. I’m glad i did as some of the dresses in the selected size didn’t fit, except for one. Which happened to be my first choice.
I didn’t want to have a normal wedding dress, and wanted something with a bit of glimmer.
I’m so glad they could offer this service as I don’t live near the brand.
The dresses are gorgeous and not bad for the price neither.
I’m looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day.

Lovely dress
Lovely dress, I had to order another one in a bigger size. The waist area comes up very small. I have kept the bigger size but I will need the arms shortened and may be taken in on the bust but because the dress is so amazing I don't mind doing this. It would actually be ok but has it is going to be my wedding dress I just want it to fit perfectly. I would definitely buy from this company again.

The gown was perfect, but for a $1,000 garment, it arrived balled up in a white plastic envelope. I certainly expected a box.

Dårlig kvalitet og syning
Jeg har købt en kjole i tyl og blomsterbroderi, som jeg skal have på til mit bryllup. Kjolen er købt gennem Zalando og af mærket Needle & Thread. En smuk kjole som desværre var enormt dårligt syet - jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. En stor del af broderierne er ikke hæftet ordentligt, så mange er gået op og jeg har i hånden måtte prøve at reparere den. Derudover er der et helt blonde/tyl bånd på kjolen der faldt af! Jeg har ikke engang haft den på til brylluppet endnu men kun prøvet den. Jeg er målløs og så ærgerlig over, at jeg ikke opdsgede det i første omgang og fik sendt den retur, men lod den hænge i skabet for at finde ud af det næste gang jeg skulle prøve den.
