MAXNOMIC® by NEEDforSEAT USA Recenzje

The service was great! I hope the chair sits as well as the service and speed of shipment!

Great communication for custom embroidery, and it's a extremely tall comfortable chair

And they dropped it off fully assembled

Better than SecretLab although I wish the headrest was magnetic as well. But, the magnet doesn't even sit at the right spot on the SecretLab chair so I guess it doesn't matter much.

Great chairs, fast delivery & great customer service!

A chair this expensive should be bullet proof. Arm rests wiggle back and forth and there is 1 inch of play in the chair when it is locked. Best part about this chair is how high it sits but not sure if it is worth the price vs a SecretLabs chair.

Excellent ecommerce, fiable et très bonne qualité de sièges.

This is my 2nd Maxnomic . They are well built and the delivery was fast. They may be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for as my last chair lasted 10+ years!!

No complaints, excellent seat!

Good craftsmanship and materials. My previous maxnomic chair lasted 10 years. Finally replacing it with this similar model.

I've had my chair over a decade and my base finally died. I was excited to be able to order a new part and bring life back to my old chair.

The replacement part recommended is not compatible with the chair. A bit of a time and money sink.

I had a problem with my chair and Maxnomic fixed it immediately! They are doing great

Fantastic communication. They contacted me to be sure I was getting the correct piece for my older chair. Also verified the address. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Great chairs and the best customer service around! Highly recommended.

This is my second MAXNOMIC chair. My first one lasted me a little over 7 years. Same great quality. Most comfortable chair I’ve experienced. You can sit in these chairs for long periods of time without any fatigue due to the cold cured foam. My armrests originally didn’t lock into place properly and would move without depressing the button. Support reached out immediately and sent me two new replacements that work perfectly. - Last year I ordered my girlfriend a Secret Lab chair for xmas. I heard from some friends that they were the same quality as MAXNOMIC but a little cheaper. To my dismay, she didn’t like her new chair nearly as much as my MAXNOMIC chair. And I have to agree with her and the secret lab materials felt premium, the chairs backrest didn’t have the shape to be comfortable. ( it’s pretty much flat without any of the ergonomics). - I’m happy to have another new MAXNOMIC chair and soonish we will be getting my girlfriend one too!

Amazing product and amazing customer service!

I wanted to get a custom gaming chair for my boyfriend to replace his cheap, Amazon one that had been put through the ringer. I saw the embroidery option for customization after a quick Google search and thought it would be WAY out of my price range. I sent in a photo of the logo I wanted to get a quote and was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable this option was. Of course, it's still a splurge but a worthwhile investment for someone who spends the amount of time he does sitting at his desk. Customer service was incredible, the quality of the chair and the logo is exceptional, and he can sit comfortably for hours. I genuinely could not recommend this company more.

This was a great smooth transaction, very professional. Prompt to respond all my questions and concerns. As a company over all I give it a 5 star.

Needed parts for my chair, the representative I chatted with helped me get everything I need in a timely manner!

Thanks again!
