Package now gone missing and despite saying a refund would be given I am now £499 out of pocket and 18 days later still no refund. Appalling service, avoid
I bought a Nebo slide king 2k torch
I bought a Nebo slide king 2k torch. After 2 months it's not working. It comes with a 2 yr warranty from them.
I got mine new on eBay £38.
Been told by Nebo that they won't cover the warranty from eBay or amazon as I did not buy from them direct. Tried everything with their customer service to no avail.
MY OPINION DONT BYE ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY WILL FIND A WAY NOT TO FIX OR REPLACE IT.

I purchased their Einstein 750 less than a year ago even being off it would use batteries overnight. When I contacted the company, they asked me when I purchased it and if I had the receipt which I told them, I do not keep receipts for everything, but explained that it had been within a year. They then asked me for the serial number twice which I asked them where it was located on the product and they never did respond after going back-and-forth several times with them asking different questions. They finally said they would not honor the claim! Their customer service experience was horrible. All they did was try to make it hard to make the claim so you finally just give up! I definitely would not recommend buying their product!

I made an order with Nebo, the parcel was delivered by DHL and left on my door step (in a block of flats) when I returned home that night my parcel was gone. I asked my neighbours but no one had my parcel (it had been stolen) I contacted Nebo and spoke to lily by via email. She told me that they could not do anything and that I must sort the issue out with shop. I contacted DHL who told me the seller (Nebo) had to contact them to sort the situation. I then went on the shop website which says any queries about returns or refunds must be dealt with with the seller (Nebo) I emailed lily telling her that both shop and DHL have told me that the seller (Nebo) need to sort it out. Now lily seems to be ignoring my emails. I spent £200 my parcel is missing and now I’m getting no response from the Nebo (lily) it’s an absolute disgraceful service from Nebo & lily. Very unprofessional and very unhelpful. Why am I meant to do now? Just loose £200? Because lily isn’t willing to ring DHL? Absolute joke! Disgusting.

Slim+rechargeable torch
Wish I had read these reviews before I bought the slim+1200 rechargeable torch from wickes. The thing has died after 3 years with very little use avoid if you see this for sale.

I bought a big Larry pro torch a month ago as a gift. Just got round to using it and there is no battery (despite it saying on the box that one comes supplied) too late for a refund and can't get hold of the company. Seriously avoid !!
Wrong lamp in pack.
A new Nebo Einstein Cap lamp was sold and packaged as hands free. Upon opening I found the lamp was the manual version (wrongley packaged). I tried the online contact form and heard nothing, now using their email it is too late and a warranty claim needs filing.
This is not a budget company and this cannot be the only lamp mispackaged so they must know about it.
Not worth the grief to sort out so voting with my feet on this one, good luck using them.

I seriously wished I had read the reviews before making a purchase.
I ordered a Jump starter and air compressor from Nebo on January 2nd 2025 and the money was taken from my account on 3rd January 2005. I was made aware that there is an approximate 7 days delivery. On 6th January I received an email to say my parcel from Walker Logistics was out for delivery. I take it that Walker Logistics is where the parcel was sent from. Later in the afternoon I received an email to say that my parcel had been delivered. This is where the debacle starts.
I checked and no parcel. I contacted the courier company, DHL, who said they had delivered to the address supplied by Walker logistics. I contacted them and was told that it had been delivered to the address given by Nebo Tools. Both DHL and Walker logistics told me to go to the address and pick up the parcel. This is difficult because I have health issues which restrict my mobility.
I contacted Nebo Tools who admitted that they had not supplied the address I had given them to Walker Logistics and again I was told I cold go to the address and pick the parcel up. NOT my responsibility. Nebo contacted the person who received the parcel and asked THEM to deliver it to me. NOT their responsibility. I asked Nebo just to refund my money as I was frustrated with their lack of customer care and was informed that I would have to wait 10 days while they investigate. Investigate what? everyone acknowledges that it was their mistake. It took Hours for the money to be taken from my account why should I leave my money in their account. I have returned items before and the money has been returned to my account within hours.
I would seriously discourage anyone from dealing with this company.

I placed an order on 3/12/24 for a power bank, told about 5 days delivery, still waiting on 23/12/24. Called customer service, now calling it that is hilarious, it has been confirmed and picked and ready to go, go where one may ask? no delivery info via email, was told that it will arrive by Parcel Force, well they called today, and delivered to a neighbour. This was to be a xmas present, what do I say the the person concerned, tough luck it is xams and I ordered 3 weeks in advance. I also did not get my10% discount but that sounds petty at this time.
May I say ordering from this company is a waste of time glossy ads but no substance, to the customer service. Don't waste your money or effort. I am going to call trading standards, but they have no bite nowadays but it might make me feel better. I thought it was only the Grinch that ruined xmas, now I can add Nebo to that list!

Bought a NEBO Torchy 2K 2,000 Lumen LED USB Rechargeable Torch. Great whilst it lasted, but packed up after 1 year - just wouldn’t charge. I know its not an expensive torch, but 1 year is just wasteful.
Brillant product!
Really impressed with NEBO's high quality products, perfect for me as a sparky. Know many other in different trades that use a NEBO daily. Highly recommend!
Good torches
Have got a few of their torches and always found them to be great at doing what their designed to do. Powerful beams and useful magnetic bases. The big Larry is especially good as a general purpose light and really should be a must in every toolbox.
Nebo Tango fell apart <1.5yr
Got the Nebo Tango work light 1.5 years ago. Battery life has steadily declined. Micro USB charging port fell out. Wrote to Nebo, they said product is discontinued and no support after 1yr. So basically a throwaway.

Bright sturdy, but the slider to turn on lamp is weak when I’m walking it opens slightly and turns off the man beam.
I have 2 of these both the same, shocking for the price you charge.
Poor Design
I have purchased at least 8 of the Slim & one of the small rechargeable flashlight versions. All of them ending up with the same problem. The charging port is mounted very poorly & before long you can no longer insert charging cord. the mount for the port comes lose inside the light & you can no longer charge the light & or open it up to fix it VERY POOR DESIGN will no longer waste my money
Quick initial response to email but nothing to follow-up questions. I bought a slim a week ago and the power button fell off. Their answer was sorry. $45 down the drain. They don't honor their warrant
